Room condition is ok. Because it is an apartment, the refrigerator (refrigeration room + refrigerator) is large, induction, and there is a kitchen where you can dish. The room was quite big and the terrace was good, but the bathroom shower booth was small and the sink was small, so it was a bit disappointing that the space for toiletries was small. Breakfast is not available separately and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym. And there was no guidebook in the room, so I had to go to reception and ask for information to use the service. It was a new building, so it was clean overall, but there were a few doctors to visit again.

Please ignore all the bad reviews. I paid 15 euro (including Government Tax) for a well equipped room, on 2nd floor, pool view and really quiet. Could barely hear any noise/music from the Bar. Manager and security staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were courteous and waited until I left room before entering to clean every day. Hot water, soap and towels were in plenty supply. I didn't try breakfast, so no idea what it was like. it is 10 min walk to beach and city centre. I initially booked for 1st 3 nights of my holiday not sure what I would experience. After 2nd night I was sure I would stay there, went back on line to book 10 more nights and still the 15 euro price per night. I will be returning here for sure...... Guys listen to me, 15 euro a night is incredible and I would willingly pay more.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Iris Bar at the opulent Fairmont Taghazout hotel and I must say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end The staff especially Wissal made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I arrived going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time Her genuine concern for her guests and her attention to detail really made a difference in my evening. The ambiance of Iris Bar is simply amazing with gorgeous views of the surroundings cozy seating, and a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere it is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a drink Speaking of drinks the bar's cocktail menu is extensive and They offer something to suit every palette, whether you are in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more daring Each drink was meticulously prepared overflowing with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients.

This is by far the oddest hotel experience of my life. The Hilton Tagazhoute is by far the nicest Hilton I've ever not stayed in, or certainly not completed a stay in. We had rented a lovely apartment almost next to the hotel and every day we went to either the beautiful Calypso club or the main hotel restaurants. Looking back through my credit card statement it was three lunches, one amazing dinner and three 'just for drinks & snacks' visits. We'd made friends with the staff, my son had been invited to surf with the waiters and we'd been treated like friends by everyone. As a treat for my last night I decided to book a room using some Hilton points. The idea was to enjoy the hotel properly and enjoy the room for a comfortable nights sleep. All going to plan and the hotel welcomed me even at 12.30...a bit cheeky, but I was genuinely excited to make the most of it. My room was amazing, sea view, super comfy bed and to top it all I was invited to a buffet on the terrace by the team. It started to go super weird about 2 hrs later when my son (who had been in the hotel 4-5 times already) came through the beach entrance and was pursued by a pretty grumpy looking security guard. He gesticulated and shouted that we must leave as we weren't guests and couldn't use the pool. An understandable mistake and it was easily rectified when I showed him my room key. All calm again. We went up to my room and at five o'clock we were treated to complimentary drinks in the bar, so far so amazing. We went out for dinner about a mile away and at some point I recall hearing some pretty loud music. I was hoping it was nowhere near the hotel but on arriving back it was obvious it was in the hotel grounds, full club music, light show, dancing. For additional context the Hilton is not a beach club vibe hotel and with average rates of over $250 a night not likely to attract a beach club crowd. We had some drinks hoping that as advertised the club would close at 11pm. By 11.30 it had only become louder and I knew I wasn't going get any sleep. At this stage I asked my son to wait whilst I grabbed my case. At this point the same security guard ran across the hotel lobby shouting at us to 'go to reception, go to reception' not entirely sure why. I packed my case and by the time I'd made it to reception there were 2 other guests complaining about the music. They were offered rooms on the other side of the hotel not overlooking Calypso where the music was coming from. It's now well after midnight and when I asked to check out I was told I couldn't and must either pay or get a different room. A bit of a stand off ensued with a further 2 guests joining the queue to complain. Finally my room was refunded and I had to walk back in the dark to our apartment, where, yes, ironically I could still hear the music! This has to be the oddest experience of my numerous Hilton stays. Still no idea what had rattled the security guard so much that he was so hostile

With all-inclusive meals, vacation is very suitable.

Hotel Paradis Plage offers a beautiful holiday experience. The hotel’s surf school is outstanding, with incredibly skilled and pedagogical teachers. This was a perfect learning environment for the 10 days I spent surfing, which included surf guiding and surf trips. Special mention goes to Ibrahim for his exceptional teaching skills and infectious energy which clearly contributed to the memorable surf experience. Issmail deserves recognition for making our stay truly remarkable, organizing trips, recommending excellent restaurants and places to visit, as well as ensuring that our family was well taken care of throughout our time in Imi Ouaddar. Paradis Plage’s well-appointed rooms are very clean and comfortable. The professional spa has an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. Proximity to the beach, transats and a zen garden with hammocks add to the allure of this hotel. The delicious diverse and fresh breakfast buffet is a perfect start to the day. The friendly personnel consistently provided great service with a smile, adding to the overall positive vibe of the hotel.
