The hotel is located at the northwest end of the island. It is an area with relatively few tourists. The location is very secluded and suitable for those who like a quiet vacation. A few minutes' walk away is the Agaete Natural Pools, several naturally formed swimming pools on the seaside. Locals recommend this pool. Swimming and playing in the water are very comfortable.

If you are looking for a relaxed vacation than this is the place...it's beautyfull. Food is good. Location beautyfull but not a lot to do. Hire a car.

Chambres mal entretenues ( traces sur les murs, fausse pelouse qui reste trempée sir les balcons, joint douche sales, compteur électrique qui disjoncte) , erreurs de facturation, buffet du dîner pas très varié mais nourriture bonne. La piscine est chauffée et belle, avec vue sur mer.

Creo que esta opinión coincide con varias que he leído en que la calidad y mantenimiento de las instalaciones no se corresponden a las estrellas del hotel o con el precio por noche. Las estancias, aunque aparentemente remodeladas, una vez te fijas mejor están poco cuidadas y mantenidas. En el caso de mi habitación (205), la ducha tenía moho, por ejemplo. Las paredes de los pasillos, como el pasillo que da a las habitaciones 600 están con grietas o descascarillados. Muchas baldosas de la zona de piscinas están rotas y agrietadas. También he de decir que, habiendo tenido acceso a una de las suites accesibles, aunque no es de las menos accesibles en las que he estado, la separación entre la cama y la pared, así como la localización de los dispensadores de gel en la ducha, no están bien conceptualizados a la hora de hablar de facilitar la ocupación del espacio por personas con movilidad reducida y, sobre todo, su autonomía dentro del espacio. La comida está bien y el trato del personal y la ubicación del hotel son inmejorables, aunque es una pena que el mantenimiento y cuidado de las instalaciones no se corresponda con eso.

Nice hotel located on a high spot with a great view with Tenerife in the horizon.Not close to any beaches but with a good pool area at the hotel. The spa is nice and the gym is well equipped. The roof bar had live music most nights.

I expected a bidet and some form of drying device after clothes washing, but was disappointed. Transport options are limited. Lack of nearby shops. It’s a great hotel if one is a good walker, or wants to just chill out. Very clean and good staff.
