This is my second time staying at the hotel. Every day, the hotel will provide a shuttle service directly to Niigata Station (reservation required). On the way, you will be dropped off to visit a swan lake (very beautiful). After arriving at the hotel, the staff will warmly welcome you and the whole journey will be smooth sailing. The kneeling-style service is quite rare in Japan now. The dinner was also quite delicious and I was very satisfied.

3月にボストンから日本に行った際に１泊しました。 自然豊かな大庭園、開放感抜群の大露天風呂、心温まるおもてなし、新鮮な食材を活かした絶品の料理を堪能しました。特に夕食でいただいた新潟和牛は口に入れた途端、とろけるような柔らかさで感動しました。 参考までに、宿泊の時に撮影した動画をYoutubeにアップしました。規約の関係上、ここにURLは載せられませんが、Youtubeから「長生館」で検索頂ければ、おそらく検索結果の最初に「【新潟県/村杉温泉】大庭園・大露天風呂 【風雅の宿 長生館】に宿泊」というタイトルでリストアップされると思いますので、ご興味のある方はご覧ください。

(フロント) 土曜日の泊まりの為 ﾁｴｯｸｲﾝ時には数組が居ましたがロビーの応接で１度に4～ 5組がﾁｴｯｸｲﾝしてくれます。 混雑時にダラダラと１組ずつ応対してる宿が多すぎの中 無駄に待たせないとても良い対応です。 (客室) 庭に面した本館12畳和室 出来てからリノベーションされて無い様でかなり経年劣化が目立っています。 室内には空の小型冷蔵庫と電気ケトルがあります。 困るのは施設が古い為 電源コンセントが洗面所に1箇所しか見つからず散々 探して室内の金庫の脇に帰りにようやく発見。スマホ電源が必須の今には厳しい。 (温泉 大浴場) １番の特徴は何と言ってもこのラジウム温泉 無味無臭でとろみも感じない普通のお湯みたいですが入浴後いつまでもぽかぽかで病みつきになります。 庭園露天風呂の解放感は最高‼️ 大浴場にはタオル類は置いてない為へやから持参しなければならない。 湯上がりの水やお茶なども置いてない無くわざわざフロント脇まで行かなければ喉の渇きは癒やせません😢浴場アメニティも綿棒とハンドソープのみ(男性浴場)と徹底的な節約は宿泊費からみて？？ (夕食 朝食) 夕食は広間を各グループごとに分けた椅子テーブルで提供されます。 前菜とお刺身がまず出されあとは小型のお膳スタイルで一度に出ます。お料理はボリュームより内容重視のとても美味しいお料理でした。 残念だったのは笹神産の釜炊きコシヒカリが新潟の🍚お米の割に残念でした。 朝食は一般的なレベルですが中居さんが丁寧にご飯やお味噌汁のお代わりすすめてくれますので食べ過ぎ注意です。

従業員の方々の笑顔とおもてなし、それから夕食が最高でした。お風呂は貸切りと大浴場と両方利用しましたが、虫の音を聞きながら自然の中で入る温泉は格別。感染対策もしっかりされていて、安心して過ごすことができました。ぜひまた行きたいと思いました。
