ホテルのインターネットが故障していて大変不便を強いられました。冷蔵庫やタオルは清潔ではありません。シャワーと蛇口の切り替えのレバーも壊れています。スタッフの対応や朝食は良かったです。ロケーションは良かったです。バングラデシュの国境に近く、外食や買い物にも便利でした。

Good stay for a short trip. Located in the main market area. Good food, room was nice. Breakfast was ok. Had a nice stay overall.

Nice comfortable budget hotel with in room dining option also have their own restaurant. Hotel staff are all well mannered and helpful. Hotel is located at the heart of city and connected we'll with near by tour. Stayed their for 2 days on official tour but extended to 1 more days. Definitely will recommend everyone for stay.

Location > great
stuff > polite
support > great, when we complained about the water problem, they changed the room the next morning. Infrastructure > not good. The tape water at the bathroom or wash basin was red iron water.

Very good hotel. Behaviour of all staffs are good. Food quality is good. Rooms and toilet are clean. All the linens are clean.

It was a good trip in Agartala staying at Welcome Palace. Environment of the room is good. Staffs are really amazing. I must say the breakfast. Delicious food.
