Nice, piece full stay, friendly staff. They have everything with in the hotel, poolside bar is amazing. The gym is pretty equipped

The staff were professional. The food was not that up to the mark. Amenities were good but i was expecting good complimentary shampoo conditioner in the toiletries kindly add conditioner

Felt the stay very comfortable & like at my own home. Every staff of the hotel observed to be aligned to give the best service to the guest. Special mention to Sh. Snehamoy,Duty manager who took care of my health issue throughout the entire day on 19th November'24. Mr.Ratan Das from housekeeping maintained my room to his best. Thanks Hotel Polo,Agartala.

I loved the food at 381 restaurant. The staffs are very polite. Specially Barnali and Babita jn front desk entertained me and my son alot. The buffet breakfadt time was over but as a special they have accepted us for the breakfast and packed me extra bakery items such as Banana cake and focacia fusion bread with is delicious.

I had a great experience in the hotel. This is the best hotel in Agartala undoubtedly. Food was good. House keeping staff was helpful specially Miss Sushmita and Mr Ajay. I will definitely visit again and recommand the hotel to all. Agartala is also a great city

contributions Housekeeping great service Mr. Akash was very humble person he took a very good care for us during our visit. SUPERVISOR Abhijit Hotel staff very good breakfast option was good rooms are clean and good linen. Location is very good we come to business work and it is in center of Agartala Hotel Polo tower location.
