I stayed at this property with my family recently. I have visited agartala office and on in the past two years and have stayed in a number of other properties as well. I found the location quite appropriate, there is parking space for about 2 four wheelers in case you are self driving. The staff is courteous and the place clean. The rooms are spacious for the price and room service and other amenities are easily availed. I had a day when i forgot my mobile in the room and could not return until evening as i was outside agartala. One call to the gm got me confirmation that the mobile had been located in the room and that it would remain under safe custody.
