Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Riad und es hat sich angefühlt wie eine Jugendherberge. Die Preisleistung stimmt auf keinen Fall. Offenbar hat das Management vor Kurzem gewechselt und seither scheint sich einiges verändert zu haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich scheint aber überlastet zu sein. Die Gartenanlage war ungepflegt. Wir hatten in unserer Juniorsuite ausser vier Betten keine weitere Sitzgelegenheit. Die Möblierung war eher lieblos. Es gab kein Trinkwasser wie normalerweise in einem Riad dieser Preisklasse üblich. Das Essen war gerade noch geniessbar, das Restaurant machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Rezeption war komplett überfordert mit unserer Abrechnung. Wir können dieses Riad leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful surroundings, very attentive staff. On arrival was given some tasty fresh mint tea and shown to our room. Which we were slightly disappointed with as was fairly basic in comparison to the photos we had seen online. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend the lamb tagine was beautiful! Breakfast was very repetitive and tasteless so bit disappointed. Would have liked an option for more variety. We booked a hammam and guided tour of Marrakech with the hotel all was done for us which was great, however booked the hammam for 4 pm we eventually got it at 5.45 pm and it went on until 9. Would definitely recommend was certainly an experience! Only downside was price was not given and specifics on how and when to pay for things so there was some confusion on check out. The tour guide was brilliant! Drivers great! The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. No hairdryer in our room, was given a room to change in before leaving and it did have a hairdryer! Shower was 🥶 cold on day 2 but lovely and hot other days. All in all a beautiful experience, would return to Riad but in a different room!

Muy relajado y bonito . Recomendable si quieres pasar unos días tranquilo después de marrakech o simplemente para desconectar totalmente . Muy buen trato por parte del personal , especialmente houssaine y su compañero ( no recuerdo su nombre ). Esperamos volver pronto !!!

Nous avons passés un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit exceptionnel. Suite spacieuse, très propre avec une décoration traditionnelle très riche. Belle piscine très bien entretenue. Le personnel était très accueillant, disponible et souriant. nous nous somme sentis comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Walid, Aziz, Nezha, Souad, Houcine, Latifa, Kamar et à Soukaina pour ces délicieux plats. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, le service transfert aéroport organisé par l’hôtel est très bien. Il faut bien le demander en amont et il est à 350 dirhams aller simple, même tarif pour se rendre à Marrakech. Le personnel est respectueux, attentionné et très sympathique. La chambre ELMANSOUR est spacieuse, bien décorée. Nous avions réservé une chambre double supérieur. La climatisation est silencieuse et fonctionne très bien. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants, il fait jour dans la chambre dès que le soleil se lève. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres malgré quelques cheveux/poils sur le sol. Le wifi fonctionne très bien lorsque l’on est près des points d’accès à l’extérieur en terrasse ou à la piscine. Ce n’est pas le cas dans la chambre malheureusement. L’hôtel est très calme, reposant, esprit jardin très agréable. Très belle piscine, transats confortables. Dommage que la table de ping pong soit juste à côté de la piscine car le bruit du jeu vient troubler le calme du lieu. Nous sommes également tombées sur une période où des familles avec enfants y logeaient. Les enfants faisaient du bruit à la piscine mais le personnel de l’hôtel est intervenu plusieurs fois pour demander le silence. Ils veillent à la quiétude des lieux. La nourriture est très bonne. Tous les produits sont frais et les plats préparés à la demande. Certains plats/desserts et surtout boissons ne sont pas toujours disponibles. Sur le menu il y a notamment plusieurs cocktails, smoothies et jus de fruits mais il ne nous a été proposés que du jus d’oranges frais et pressé (délicieux !), des sodas et de l’eau. Nous avions aussi choisi cet hôtel pour profiter du spa qui est malheureusement en travaux, aucun soin n’est possible, et nous ne l’avons su qu’une fois arrivées sur place malgré des demandes de renseignements en amont de notre arrivée. Un très beau séjour dans un écrin de verdure, avec beaucoup de confort et un super personnel ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Je confirme les commentaires précédemment lus sur cet endroit (qui avaient motivés notre choix) : c'est un havre de paix... : Cadre sublime, Très calme, les femmes qui nous accueillent sont au petit soin, grande piscine, magnifiques jardins dans le riad, petits déjeuners copieux... Le temps s'arrête ! Seul petit conseil : Penser à louer une voiture pour venir au riad, vous serez sinon tributaire de taxi 🚖 ou autres pour vos excursions autour du riad...

From the moment we were welcomed by Sana we were treated like royalty. The suite we stayed in El Mamoun was exquisite, beautifully decorated and furnished in the traditional style. The young women who looked after us were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us with a gentle demeanor which we loved. The food was delicious, they even catered for one of us who has food intolerances. The grounds and pool area are delightful. It was paradise, a peaceful sanctuary where we enjoyed every moment of this luxury. I would recommend this Riad 100%. We will definitely return. Thank you Sana and your lovely ladies for all you did for us, we were sad to leave
