I usually avoid reviewing a property if there are some minor issues. In the case of Porto Demo, I couldn't avoid it but write. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I have already informed my agent about the whole situation as well. Already from our arrival we realized that nothing is working. A girl was trying to find our reservation, and after 30 minutes she did, we waited until 4pm to get into the room. The hotel is full of stairs, and of course no one helped us to go up with the suitcases. The room was very besic, and they told us its a suite sea view and it was pool view. Old rooms with basic facilities, dirty, dust everywhere and yellowed towels. We asked for a change of room, they told us they were full, it was not possible. We asked to speak to the Manager at least 3-4 times and he never talked to us. The breakfast was every day the same basic things, and almost every day the buffet around 9 was empty and we had to wait for them to bring out food again. The lunch and dinner, disaster. Very basic food, tasteless, full of oil and spices, all frozen and unpasteurized. Service non-existent, tables and placemats dirty all day. Very poor quality drinks and coctails. We spent a fortune doing this trip, and so much more by eating and drinking out. The only positive thing was the beach of st. George. I don't recommend it for any reason.

We stayed at this hotel 5 weeks ago and are now booking again to stay in August 24.. The location and views are as they are on the photos absolutely stunning. We live in Cornwall so appreciate these as we do at home.. We could not fault our stay at the Porto demo as the staff were amazing and helpful and friendly.. The food was delicious with lots of Greek dishes to choose from.. we booked a sea view junior suite that was lovely and spacious and cleaned everyday.. We really are confused to the negative comments for this hotel as we are very particular where we stay and eat . We could not fault at all. It’s a gem!! 💎 Two minutes walk to a beautiful beach where you can hire a boat solo for the day and go and explore the coast beaches, coves and restaurants! We cannot wait to get back! ☀️👌

Sprzątanie pokoi pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Miejscowość mała, kilka sklepów i restauracji.

The accommodation is very poor. Not even a two star and yet the hotel is rated as 4* star plus boutique.. Dirty room, our bathroom was horrendous. The food buffet is limited and certainly not a good quality. Not the best communication at the reception, endless stairs, really loud restaurant staff. The resort looks tired in places. Overall I don't recommend...
