Elounda Breeze Resort

Beautiful views and excellent friendly staff. Definitely a family hotel which is quite large and spread out across tiered slopes. We were pleased as a couple that we weren’t at the hotel in busy periods but were very happy with our stay. Our sea view room had beautiful views , excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The main restaurant food was on the whole of a good quality and plenty of variety. A microwave was easily accessible to ensure you could hot up anything you wanted. Soups were always good and piping hot. Lots of bread choices and the desserts were very good. Some meats cooked to order would have been nice as the chefs did seem to cook lots at once and then put them in the hot trays. The waiting staff were always helpful and Georgi was always out to please and genuinely wanted guests to be happy with their meals. We always sat outside and found it really nice. Wouldn’t have been happy to sit inside as ‘cafe like’. A few large plants and some artwork would make all the difference. Sunday morning prosecco was available to have with breakfast or to make into a mimosa which was nice. We tried both a la carte restaurants and enjoyed the food. However, the Taverna portions do need reducing in size they were massive. We love Elounda so walked in most days and had a few meals out. The walk back at night was fine for us and not too dark at all. We didn’t tap into the entertainment so can’t comment . I usually took a drink back into the balcony so the ‘numb’ bar area didn’t affect me but it could easily be improved. Thinking about the cost of the holiday we thought it was good value with a setting hard to beat. Any little issues were quickly rectified. The quiet pool which we used all the time would be better advertised as an adult only no ball games quiet pool as some people seemed to ignore the quiet element. The hotel is widespread so you can find quiet spaces. Very family oriented staff and facilities.

This is hotel is just perfect family’s or all ages, but especially younger children, the staff are all amazing! They work super hard to make sure everyone is having a fab holiday. All kids clubs are brilliant, we have not left our daughter before on holiday, but felt so comfortable & safe with the staff, she went 4 times! They do a perfect session for 6pm-8pm so as a couple we could have a little date night 👌🏼 Family pool & activity pools both brilliant, activity pool was our fav as amazing views a lot bigger & perfect little toddler pool. Food was a good standard & lots of choice, staff again in all restaurants very friendly. Entertainment… just WOW! Perfect for all of the family, interact quizzes, dance/singing shows, fire acrobatic show, and the kids characters Captain T & T-bot were just brilliant & my daughter loved them! Rooms, spacious & clean, bed super comfortable, but shower a bit weak. **You can walk into town quite easily from the back of the hotel, down a road & then follow the crazy paving path along these front, loving to have a little drink or meal, can Highly recommend OLIOs in the square for pizza & pasta** Stelios the manager was very friendly & helpful Big shoutout to TJ for the pool activities! Worked her butt off & so up beat and friendly!

The lead up to our trip I was nervous as the reviews were saying it’s great for families but not as good for couples. Rubbish! Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights and I am already looking at booking again for next year! We arrived at midnight and two gentleman welcomed us, they swiftly checked us in (around 20 of us got off the bus) and would take guests to their room via the golf carts as the site is fairly hilly, however we did not require this as we were just a few doors down from reception (room 2041) Food - Amazing, so much variety for all three meals, the snack bar was equally as good. The food was hot and cooked perfectly, we only ate from the snack bar and main restaurant as we didn’t bother with the a la carte restaurants because the main buffet was brilliant. Staff - staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, ranging from the restaurant staff, reception staff and the entertainment team. They were all just great. Special mention to Sula, she always ran the quiet pool bar and was so friendly and kind, nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff made us feel so at ease. We spent most of our time around the quite pool or at the water slides. We usually like to go out for the day however we only went off site twice and that was just to visit the harbour and the gift shops. On the Wednesday night there was a photographer who would take a couple of snaps with you on the terrace which we were able to purchase the following morning at breakfast. We only watched the entertainment for two nights but what a fantastic show they put on, the Glitterama and the Wild West show. All in all an absolutely fantastic holiday, even though this is aimed at families, couple definitely have a great time too.

Great hotel. Several pools to suit all needs. Family's with children all seemed to be happy with amenities. Food really good. Bit of an uphill walk to main restaurant but buggy always available if needed. Staff great, all very helpful and smiley! Rooms very modern and clean. Beach area really nice, but quiet small. No actual beach but concrete and paved area with sunbeds. Bar at the beach not all-inclusive which needs changing. Great snorkelling with very clear waters and loads of fish! Views from top restaurant and bar awesome. All-inclusive drinks were mostly good and never had any trouble with queues. A bit of adult entertainment at night would have helped. Would definitely recommend a visit to the town of Elounda, attractive harbour with several bars and nice restaurants. All in all, had a great time, met some really nice people and would definitely return.

Just spent a lovely week at this hotel. The rooms are basic but very comfortable and extremely clean . We had the most amazing sea view and the beds were incredibly comfortable . The food is buffet style and plentiful, and the Taverna restaurant was a real treat . We were concerned as an older couple that this hotel,was for children and not for us, but we stayed around the adult pool and the children are excellently catered for in the children’s water parks and other pools. My only complaint is the sun beds , they were awful, but that really was lol there was to complain about .

We really enjoyed our holiday at Elounda Breeze. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, we slept very well. The variety of food was very good and tasty. We really looked forward to meal times! The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel at ease. Special mention to TJ, such a lovely lady. We attended many of her classes, yoga, HIIT, aqua. She is very knowledgeable and has great enthusiasm. The activities and the evening entertainment were a real highlight of the holiday.

We really enjoyed our holiday with a gorgeous pool in our room. My son left his bunny rabbit teddy in our room and have attempted to contact the hotel but have not had any luck. I would really like returned as he’s had this bunny since birth so carries a lot of sentiment. If someone from the team could contact me :)

Amazing place, staff are really friendly especially Tui reps and the entertainment was top class... The watchmaker was something like you'd see at the west end just a bit shorter.. Amazing views and a sunrise to die for. The car rental next door was also very helpful I would definitely recommend hiring a car from Toulona

The hotel and surroundings were very clean. The staff were very friendly. Vasso was exceptional and a good asset. However, the Tui staff were very unhelpful and communication between the hotel and Tui was useless...nobody could give us straight answers. Arrived late due to coach driver(who was on his phone throughout the transfer) dropped a friend off adding another half hour. Didn't know if we could have late room departure until late on the day before!...surely they know what bookings they have! The 45° hike up to the restaurant ended in disappointment....apart from desserts,the food was very beige and repetitive....the only good thing was the spectacular view across the coastline. This definatly is not a 4☆ hotel..more like a 2☆.
