Fantastisk fint hotell med nydelig mat, strand og masse flotte aktiviteter. Utmerket service i alle ledd. Meget hyggelig personale, men det var et konstant mas for salg av massasje og drikkevarer på stranda og i barene. Om vi ikke ga tips ble servitørene synlig irriterte. Meget stive priser i restaurantene og i mini markedet. Fine og store rom men nedslitte senger. Treningssenteret var meget dårlig. Dårlig utstyr og plass til maks 3 personer. Ved utsjekk ble jeg også oppfordret til å gi tips til personalet noe jeg hadde gjort under oppholdet. Syntes det var ubehagelig å bli presset til p betale enda mer ved en utsjekk.

A beautiful week spent here - all staff wonderful,couldn't do enough to help, polite and pleasant, especially Maria our Mythica hostess and all of the Spa team.
Everything/everyone is so relaxed and relaxing....
Yes, there are things to have a wee moan about if you want to (the All Inclusive is not totally all inclusive, which can be a bit tedious, the pool area is very small for the size of the hotel, but there is ample area down by the beach and seafront - we are late risers so not too fazed by it - a tip if you are, is to book a swim-up room).
But everything good about this hotel far outweighs those factors - the location, the views, the staff, the food, the rooms, the Spa.

Beautiful resort on the water. Lots of walking around the resort to get to the pools or beach but well worth it! The only downside was people were reserving chairs by just putting towls on them as early as 8am. By the time we got to the pool at 9:30 there were no chairs at all. Need to have staff saying you can’t do that feather than a small sign.
We loved the overall hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

My sister and I booked this resort to celebrate our birthdays. Based on the reviews, I knew this was an excellent choice for our trip to Crete. But my goodness, Aquila Elounda Village BLEW ME AWAY! We booked the sea view room and our jaws dropped at the beautiful view! The pictures of this hotel don’t do this place justice. It’s truly a slice of heaven and staying here felt like paradise. Everywhere we turned, someone was ready to help us and make our stay more comfortable. The staff are simply incredible! The valets, kitchen staff, beach staff, and the receptionists are all so friendly and helpful. This resort has amazing breakfast buffets! My sister and I were overwhelmed by choice. Everything we ate was so delicious and the level of detail that was put into the food and drinks here was astounding. The waiters and waitresses are also fantastic. They are quick to help, very helpful, and make the dining experience really lovely. Did I mention the private beach? There is a wide variety of water sports available and so many cozy spots to sunbathe by the sea. I was absolutely amazed by this. There are also so many pools around the resort for those who prefer to swim there. I could go on and on about how transcendent this resort is. But in brief, I enjoyed my stay and I have already booked another stay for 2025! I might come here every year now

Wir waren als Paar 12 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Neben sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie hervorragendem Essen, einer sehr schönen Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und genügend Liegen zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und Schnorcheln, sind es in erster Linie die Menschen, die sich rund um die Uhr bemühen, den Gästen ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Alle haben trotz der vielen Arbeit immer ein Lächeln oder ein freundliches "Kalimera" auf den Lippen. Ganz besonders möchten wir an dieser Stelle Michael erwähnen, der als Servicekraft immer sehr herzlich und ständig um unser Wohl bemüht war. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Excellent treatment in the Spa, a relaxing deep tissue massage from Andreas definitely eased aching muscles and rejuvenated me. Highly recommend the foot massage, I’d never had one before but will definitely be trying it again. What a great place.

The Spa is amazing, Joanna has the best hands in the world, very firm and deep. And the girls from receptions spa are very kind and very good energy. I recomand also the private sauna experience, especially the ice fountain and the the steam room with rain shower included.

Overall a nice hotel and location. Stunning views, quiet and relaxing. The man made beach and harbour for access to the sea was very cramped and anything but luxurious! The food was excellent, although the dining area felt rather cramped. Disappointed for reasonably priced food options at lunch, as the beach snack bar was very blustery during our stay.

Amazing friendly staff in the spa, had a lovely back massage and facial by the lovely Joanna, feeling very relaxed now. Highly recommend to go see the staff there and they will help you choose a treatment you will not be disappointed. Thank you
