We had a lovely 2 night stay at Camere a Sud as a base to visit Valli dei Templi. We parked at Vittorio Emanuele with fairly level walk across to accommodation (parking was busy with limited spaces, excess coin payments roll over to next day period on machines!). The checkin was fairly automated with lockbox and pin to collect keys and also cameras at entry with magnetic door opening so no one at reception at the time. The rooms are nice with lovely communal area with tea/coffee and snacks/cake. A communal honesty fridge charges a fair price for drinks compared to supermarket prices. Elvira was also very responsive, proactive and helpful on WhatsApp in resolving issue with the shower. Location is good with easy access to main Via Atenea street for food and shops and also great local cake shop for breakfast croissants. We would recommend this stay.

Good overnight stay in agrigento
Good overnight to visit Valley of temples and Agrigento town. Well located in the center with easy access to transportation. Room very clean, bed a little hard but comfortable, water pressure a little low but fine for its purpose. Had breakfast in a nearby pasticceria.

A mixed bag. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was good. We had a small balcony overlooking the main street which we liked, though be warned that it gets very noisy out there on Saturday nights! It's no longer a 'family' environment (they live elsewhere) and there is little interface with the host - although we arrived during the stated check-in slot and had even emailed our ETA in Agrigento there was no-one to let us in. When we did finally see the owner she had little time for our queries. There is no longer any breakfast provided, though this was unclear at the time we booked.

Stayed one night, good location in center of old town. Clean room, water pressure a bit low, bed a little hard to our liking but fine for an overnight. Walking distance to train station, restaurants. Local bus to valley of temples. No included breakfast but easy breakfast in nearby pastry shops. Owner buzzed us in remotely when we arrived.

Ho trascorso 3 giorni al B&B di Elvira con la mia famiglia,abbiamo occupato 3 camere,una piu carina dell altra (bagni compresi)dove la pulizia e la semplicità insieme a tanti dettagli ricercati fanno da padrone,questi, rendono l atmosfera del b&b veramente magica,uno dei quei posti a mio parere che si fatica ad andare via. Il B&b si trova all interno di una piazzetta molto caretteristica, nel cuore di Agrigento,ad un passo dalla Via Atenea e da tutto quello di bello che c'è da vedere in centro. Ci rivedremo sicuramente e grazie per la vostra gentilezza,attenzione e disponibilità. Complimenti da tutti Noi! Daniela.
