Hotel bem familiar, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados, da a impressão que já nos conhecíamos a mais tempo Minha sugestão é continuar como está, mas quando forem fazer uma reforma sugiro trocar o piso cerâmico do SPA por um anti-derrapante, pois o atual é muito perigoso, só não cai porque agarrei um bambu. Parabéns a todos

Estava tudo muito bom. O spa realmente me surpreendeu! Acho que minha única observação seria sobre o tempo de recreação das crianças. Acho que o ideal seria que tivesse uma programação para o dia todo de forma contínua e não atividades pontuais.

Hotel muito agradável. Gostei bastante da experiência! Ótimo para descansar alguns dias e é pertinho de São Paulo! A piscina externa é climatizada, sempre limpinha com um tamanho bem bom. As piscinas cobertas (no spa) são quentes e muito relaxantes para ir no fim do dia. Comida gostosa e variada em todas as refeições. Hotel muito limpinho também. Todas as áreas sempre impecáveis! Equipe super educada e gentil. E o melhor foi poder estar com meu cachorro junto! Hotel petfriendly! Gostei muito do hotel e voltaria novamente.

Desde a pandemia, foi a primeira vez que voltamos ao Oscar Inn. Gostamos muito das reformas, principalmente nas piscinas internas. Também foi a primeira vez que aproveitamos o serviço com monitores, minhas filhas se divertiram com eles. Portaria, recepção, restaurante, limpeza, arrumação de quartos, qualidade dos alimentos... apenas elogios às equipes do hotel. A única ressalva é quanto à necessidade de um pouco mais de rigor com os donos de pets. Enquanto estivemos hospedados, um hóspede levou seu cão para brincar na "piscina de bolinhas" da brinquedoteca, destinada a crianças e bebês; no espaço da piscina externa, também havia cachorro solto circulando livremente; e num dos quartos, um animal latiu bastante em alguns momentos, provavelmente porque ficou sozinho enquanto seus donos estavam aproveitando o hotel. Mesmo gostando muito de animais, considero essas situações abusivas da parte dos donos negligentes.

Hospedagem ótima, funcionários simpáticos, gastronomia boa, organização nota 10. Recomendo para quem procura um lugar tranquilo, que vá para relaxar e com a família, para quem procura um ambiente animado não é o caso, o spa é sensacional, uma experiência única.
