Hotel com ótima localização , perto do lago . Bem no centro da cidade , dá para passear a pé mesmo. Café da manhã bem gostoso e completo. Quarto limpo , ducha com água farta e quentinha . Tem estacionamento fechado . Ótimo atendimento. O hotel é bem charmoso e bonito.

Me fizeram pagar todas as diárias antecipadas, acabei antecipando a minha saída, sobrando 1 diária. Logo, requisitei a devolução do dinheiro, porém o hotel se recusou e emitiu uma carta de créditos para utilização máxima até 24/07/24. Eu entrei em contato inúmeras vezes dizendo que não quero a carta de créditos e mesmo assim o hotel nada fez. Hotel horrível, não recomendo!!!

Passei o fim de semana com minha família no Hotel, tudo excelente. Atendimento impecável por parte de todos os funcionários e especialmente o da recepção. Servem um caldo muito bom a noite e o café da manhã tmb é perfeito. Além disso toda a estrutura do hotel está reformada (quartos, piscinas, áreas comuns e etc) Super recomendo!!!

Hotel bem localizado, central, perto de tudo, hotel limpo, bom atendimento de seus funcionarios, bom cafe da manha, variado, sopa a noite cortesia, boa piscina, porem quarto pequeno e banheiro sem ventilacao, acho que so no meu quarto.

Hotel muito bom mas é péssimo o atendimento da funcionária que deve ser a gerente grossa e mal educada com os hóspedes Super atarefada. E aquela que faz tudo porque falta funcionários e desconta nos hóspedes ao invés de reclamar para o patrão
