Good for stay, clean room & washroom, in this price the hotel best stay.

Average hotel, around 1 km from ahmedabad railway station, as shortcut is closed in night. No bottled water. No food or even tea or coffee available, only possible from outside, that staff will provide you. Room and bathroom are clean.

They didn't even gave a toothpaste inside room. Water was also chargeable staff behaviour was not professional at all

Easy check in. Behavior of staff was good. Room service was good. Overall stay was nice. My review is 9 out of 10. Only problem i faced was ac. There was lack of cooling.

Temperature was around 40 degrees and hotel room was too hot & humid. Ac was not working and cleaning was not up to the mark. They charged us for drinking water. No welcome drink provided to us nor sanitary.

This hotel is near the railway station; that is the only advantage. It has no restaurant. The hotel claims to have room-service. However, we did not opt for that; so no comments thereon. The hotel is on third floor. Lift available. But it has a peculiarity. If your room is on third floor, it is okay. If it is on second floor, for entering and exiting, you have to first go to third floor (using stair-case, as lift is not accessible from there. You cannot walk-down also, because, strangely, no staircase for coming down from second floor, a system i found nowhere else, then use the lift from third floor for ground floor. It has no geyser for hot water. Their hot water service is not available when one needs it. Their pamphlet says hot water is available 24 hours. The receptionist says it is supplied between 6 am and 12 noon. In reality, you get hot water only around 9 am or later but before 10:30 am, that too, after emptying several buckets of cold water. Considering it a criminal waste of water, we opted for cold water in winter, which makes me not to recommend this hotel for anyone.

Good stay at hotel shertown ahmedabad. Neat rooms & good service over all. Very near to railway station and metro

Over all good. No food facilities. Welcome person was very nice co operative team.

i stayed here for 4 days the staff and the manager was very friendly and very helpful thoughout my stay the room was very clean food is also very good overall my experience was very nice ❤️
