My daughter gifted us for our anniversary, it was really best gift to us Excellent property, very harritage property, cozy room and very well decore, must visit, value for money will deffinatly recomend , neat and clean, well maintain property, deffinatly will book again, food 👌

While the food is lip smacking, the response of the staff in reception and over the phone is one of the worst i have experienced. They would transfer your call and actually disconnect. They would provide cell numbers which dont receive. The admin staff is slack in responsiveness. Yes, we come regularly for food at agashiye, but such shoddy people in response is pathetic for a hotel of this repute. Even their IVR options over phone are incorrect. Need to improve on customer relations.

I was travelling solo and I had a pleasant stay here. The room is so spacious. It has all the amenities and is totally a luxury stay. The staff is very helpful and helped me a lot for various queries. There was some confusion related to my bookings at the hotel and I had checked in at 11PM alone. But they helped me out and gave a room to stay and the rest of the confusion with the booking was sorted out in the morning later. I really thank them for this and to not leave me stranded. You can spend your day exploring the entire place and relax there itself. The food at the restaurant is great but I feel the taste can definitely improve overall. The staff at the restaurant also was very sweet. Thank you everyone for making my stay a one to remember.
