Room was very good, but shower was not working properly , they didn’t provide whole of toiletries like tooth paste ,tooth brush ….it can be improvised …rest everything was good and breakfast was also good …milk for baby is chargeable which is complementary everywhere else

The Rooms were really good, even the cleaning service was good. We all were a group of 40 people. If I talk about food it was very average. We booked a buffet in which items were repeated continuously also there were times where we got spoiled/expired food for which we got no response. Also at the day when we were checking out our drainage was clogged and because of that there was pool of water in the bathroom.

Actually little disappointed with the stay. Room was not done properly when we checked in at 4pm. The toulet door didnt lock, safe door was not working, room smelled of smoke. Towels were also poor quality. The reception/ customer service just fixed the toilet door and safe door. Did not bother or do anything about remaining issues.

Food was really scrumptious.. Nice room service ... Very friendly behaviour of the staff.. The amenities provided were really nice.... Overall it was a great experience... Loved the ambience with a morning breakfast besides the pool .......

Very old hotel with many items looks shady. We didn't enjoy much as expected. Pool is horrible looks like bleaching water and breakfast is fixed menu.

It is a well located hotel wide a broad bed which can almost sleep 3. Clean and comfortable too.
