Stay was below average you can say terrible food was very tasteless. Not enough staff in restaurant. When ask to serve omlette on my table guy told me come and get it after 10min as no staff is there. There was metal particle in my wife's salad. We shown to waiter. Waiter shown it to cheff and chef's reaction was "what do i do? this things happens. That is pathetic. At swimming pool they put notice that "no life guards available " this big resort with club mahindra connection this poor facilities not expected. Absolutely disgusting. Never recommend to anyone. Don't go there. Absolute waste of money. Charges very high and not providing basic services. I had thought in my mind to become club mahindra member but after experiencing this i would not become member and even tell my friends also not to be one. Rubbish experience. Spoilled my diwali.

Last week we stayed in club Mahindra kensvillla ahemdabad .... The staff was very helpful and polite especially Mr Karan take care of our stay ..... We all enjoy Alot , the room was awesome.. And happy hub team superb.. Extremely happy to stay there

It was amazing stay at kensville resort Ahmedabad, I travelled with my family and they were enjoyed there a lot many activities were there for children and adults too so there is no chance to bore at all. I recommend every one to visit once because it is very beautiful resort.happy holidays .Food was amazing with excellent service.service staff was very helpful. Ambience was very nice in restaurants.Virendra and Bhanima were very supportive.at the Counter Rupjyoti helped a lot.jyoti makes our stay comfortable. 😊😊😊
