The Property is excellent. People are good but novices. Choice of menu is nice but found to be repeating / reusing the same items in different format. Since it was raining heavily, there was water every where including the badminton court and the passages. They can improve only with proper lead at the F & B and front desk. The guys were too awed by the check ins and the rooms were not ready even at 2:30.

The rooms were not same as shown in description. It was very small corner room allotted to us. There were no space and balcony shown in pictures.

Excellent service from all the staff especially at the pool thank you for the service at the pool from Mansukh they were brilliant.Has to be the best service I have ever received all the staff are very kind and helpful. And thank you to mr Pankaj and team to make our stay best

After a year Got the opportunity to visit the resort again ,huge development has been achieved n the resort lots of activities had been added food was excellent and the rock band on Independence Day evening was amazing,staff are on their toes to cater your requirements and always with smiling faces,all the best to team Kensville keep rocking 👍👍👍👍

We are staying at club Mahindra Kensville resort and we celebrate independence day there and the decoration was awesome by Ms. Roshani , Mr. Pankaj and others. We truly enjoyed our stay. This is my third visit and every visit makes us feel so good and relaxing.

Exceptional services at Club Mahindra kensville. We are members for over 10 years now and we enjoy every time we travel. But kensville visit was different and even better. You have a wonderful staff and gems like rupjyoti, Avinash Mr pankaj. Reception staff was good like Roshni, kanishak. Our birthday celebration was also great taken care by chef.
