Was there for the Cricket World Cup Final and as it was a last minute booking, there weren’t many other venues available. In considering that, the Hotel Riverfront met its purpose for 1 night. However a few things that could be improved: There was only 1 towel provided with 1 bar soap. There were no other toiletries or amenities. The toilet and shower area were not modern. There was no bidet, hose or toilet paper. The shower also wasn’t appealing. On the plus side, the room did have a fan, air conditioner and a working TV. There was also wifi available, however had to be requested. This should be given at check in.

The hotel is very the staff is also nice the location is very good but tv should have some ott stuff more there the normal tv with free channel mainly

Location was good forvus as it was next to the NID campus. Rooms were extremely basic. The shower in the bathroom was not working properly. It was giving out only hot water and no cold water at all. The tap also kept running ***** with the shower option. That is a waste of water. Cleanliness of the room could be better.

While booking this property for a night stay only I didn't have much expectations.
Room service staff was very unprofessional and casual .
Some basic food that I ordered took about 40 minutes to be served.
Toilet Flush was defective .
The only plus point was the Location and a friendly reception guy.

Location is good .. but bank opposite there is a party hall so too noisy.. and it's on the main road.. close to NID and Manek chowk, law garden Vasna etc plus point for that. Check was bad as front desk staff very rude. Complained about this. Don't expect too many things for budgeted hotel. Neat and clean. They provide water bottle toiletries breakfast was good. towels only if you ask for it.
