Ahmedabad Spa Hotels

The most hospitable hotel so far leaving me spellbound with the preparations done for my 70th birthday giving me a memorable birthday. Brijal went out of her way to make it so special and the front desk manager was always helpful. The staff at the restaurant were amazing scuttling around attending to everyone’s demands. The variety of food offered surpassed my imagination. Manoj. Pankaj Kavita to name a few were just too good will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends

Nice hotel. The room is quite big and comfortable. The price is very affordable. The breakfast is good. The attitude of the staff is very good. Overall it is a good experience.

The first time I stayed at the Hyatt Ahmedabad hotel, this place must be in the area of the Alpha one mall department store, convenient to travel with both Uber, Auto and near the Metro station. The room is clean, spacious and sleeps well. The staff is professional by hotel chain standards. Breakfast is both international. and Indian style Overall rating 9/10

The service from the front desk staff was good. I was waiting with a smile, so it was easy to ask questions. The pool was nice too. It seems that there are times when the staff is not there, so I think you should check it. The restaurant was good, but it might be better to ask how much Japanese food is. It took a long time because they provided creative dishes, and it took more money than I thought. Although it was delicious.

A great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

The indirect lighting in the room made me feel relaxed❣️I usually go to the pool, but I ended up sleeping in the room for a long time❣️Thank you for letting me spend a comfortable time🙇♀️

The hotel facilities and services are very good, especially the hotel's restaurant and food, which are satisfactory. The restaurant specializes in Asian cuisine, which is impressive. The chef personally asked if the food is delicious at the breakfast time, which made me feel at home.

I would say Decent. I have previously stayed in this hotel. Hence, I decided to go for it, but this time I wasn’t much pleased with their services and room cleanliness. They really need to focus on better customer services and more importantly room cleanliness

We had a memorable visit and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a boutique heritage experience. Working for 30 years in top luxury hotel properties in N.A., and Asia, I recognize this property as a special destination. The team was friendly, engaging and helpful.
