No proper service, cloth towel not good and rooms also not maintained mosquito is there, there is bathroom set loke shampoo, soap, other dental kit

We found a rating on mm t biz which showed 3. 5 plus as well as the location of the hotel it was the nearest for everything and convenient for travelling. Excellent service provided to customers with on time breakfast.

My stay with my family members at the hotel was found to be average. The only plus point of the hotel is its location which is nearby to st stand. Food quality is not so good and the hotel has to improve on service front a lot.

Location - good near station and bus depot food - quality is ok. But most irritating part is breakfast. Fixed manu in breakfast which will be delivered at room only. Only 1 type of item only without any fruit option. Ambience - good furniture and bathroom - bad. Very old and not in good condition. Plus point - as we are on the official tour, they have upgraded our room type and provided us with a family suite room which is quite good. Overall - satisfactory stay.

Power generator was not available at the time of electricity cut time. Previous night i ordered for lunch pack to be carried during travel, but at the time of check out, they didn't not deliver me lunch parcel. These type of lapses should be solved.
