I went to greece as a solo female traveler and some strangers suggested that i should visit a small city called egio. They didnt have many accomodations so it was my only affordable option. I arrived at night and the Receptionist didnt look expirienced at all. (he was mostly focusing on looking at my body very judging) i felt really really uncomfortable. First time i see a person looking at me with so much lust. So at night i coudnt sleep becasue i was frightend of someone burdging in. The toilest was dirty, the floor was dirty, the walls smelled like puke and everywhere you could smell the sense of smoke. The breakfast they provide is absolutely bad, i dont suggest it. Avoid this hotel people there are weird ＜3

Not recommended for solo female travellers. Inappropriate behaviour from one member of the staff during the night shift. Very unpleasant and disturbing to be treated in an inappropriate manner as a hotel guest. The shower was broken too!

Before the motorway bypassed this town I suspect this was 'THE" place to stay!
Since then, like so many Greek hotels affected by the motorway development this one has seen better days. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. The lift was an asset although it did make recurring noises throughout the night. Beds were comfortable and there was a fridge

Stayed 2 nights. Pros: Good location at the entrance of the city. Parking available. Good price for what the hotel offers. Small refrigerator in room. Friendly staff. Cons: Needs renovation. Uncomfortable bed for me (hard mattress). Poor breakfast (mostly packaged products). Smoking tolerated in breakfast area!
