3-Star Hotels in Aizawl

The staff were polite, hospitality is good, the rooms are clean. There was a glitch with my booking. I prepaid for a room but on arrival, there was no room available. It took a while as the guy at reception was not well versed with such scenarios. However all was solved after some time. Overall a good stay at the hotel

The room service was very good, all the staff are well behaved and very friendly. I liked the receptionist as well specially that one guy which unfortunately i do not know his name but still i'm happy with others as welland also i liked the hotel room.

Food is good but little costly. good thing was that I got roti and subji as per North Indian style. blanket is thin and hence you have to wear sweater or jacket while sleeping so that you can protect yourself from cold. further, toilet condition is not good, flush is not working properly

It was a pleasent stay at aizawl guest house. It's located at the top having a very beautiful l natural view of the mountains and clouds over the sky. The hotel manager, receptionist and the cook are very friendly and cooperative. Their hospitality was very welcoming towards the guest. Highly recommended for the guests who plan their visit to aizwal.

Second stay very good except firstly the room which we requested an upgrade to an executive room which had a big water leak while it was raining outside. Secondly, we had a small problem with a member of the reception staff, an unacceptable problem for us as customers.

Everything was in working order. Heated running water, power, tv, an electric kettle, and a clean bed with clean pillows and sheets. The complimentary breakfast was just lovely 10/10
