A big hotel with various choices for dinner and breakfast. Worth a stay at Aizuwakamatsu. Clean and comfy with the room.

The Japanese-style rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is of good quality and there are many choices. The outdoor hot spring is very nice and designed like a terrace. You can enjoy the view of the city while taking a bath. It is quite enjoyable👍

I was looking for a hot spring inn near Lake Inawashiro and found this one! The building was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The night view from the window was wonderful. The hot spring and open-air bath were stylishly designed like a spa. It was a great way to relieve the fatigue of the day. The food was especially good. There was a live kitchen and the desserts were plentiful, even though it was just for breakfast. They also had ingredients unique to Aizuwakamatsu, so it was nice to be able to taste local ingredients.

A hot spring hotel with a very high cost performance ratio. It is located halfway up the mountain. The scenery outside the window is very good. You can overlook the entire city while taking a bath. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby bus station. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the Aizuwakamatsu train station, but reservations must be made in advance and it is a fixed time period. The service is very good. I stayed for two days and needed to change a hotel on the third day. When I checked out of Onyado Toho, the front desk guy was very enthusiastic and asked their shuttle bus to take me to another hotel for free. It was super considerate. The breakfast and dinner were very rich and very fresh. The price was very cost-effective and the experience was great

There was a welcoming atmosphere, with welcome drinks, free drink service, and buffets for dinner and breakfast. The staff were always smiling, and I had a comfortable stay! Thank you very much.

It's so bad, it's unbelievable. I made two orders. My husband's name was used in the first order, but my name was not changed in the second order. Then when you go to the hotel, you will be provided with passports for four people to register. The hotel didn't confirm my stay the next day, and Ctrip didn't ask me if I was going to stay. Both parties charged me. Equivalent to 5500 for a room with 3 people, one night. Ctrip's handling of international orders is so poor. This is my second problem in just 2 months.

Very good accommodation experience, the open-air hot spring is great, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are also very rich!

What a wonderful family oriented hotel. Good for couples, families & extended families. Staff wonderful and atmosphere relaxed. We would recommend a visit to this town of samurai and sake. Easy to get around and different to the big cities. A great place for a few days. The hotel has large hot spa areas and we enjoyed every minute.

It was a windy and rainy day, but the staff guided the car and offered us umbrellas when we got out. We appreciated their thoughtfulness. The deluxe triple room was cleaner and more spacious than we expected. My daughter, who is a working adult, also liked it. The food was plentiful and delicious. The reason we gave it four stars is that there were few baths for the number of guests staying, and the changing rooms were small. Perhaps because it was spring break, there were many families with children, so the baths were always crowded. It was disappointing that we didn't have the feeling that we could take a leisurely bath.

I like hot springs and buffets, so this was my second time here. The buffet was great again this time - I ate a lot of crab during the all-you-can-eat option, and even though it was cut, it was still hard to eat. I wish they had provided scissors to cut the crab, or cut the shells to make it easier to eat. The food was so good we couldn't finish it. My kids ate several bowls of ramen (lol). I guess the reason I took one star off was the toilets at the hot springs. They switch between men and women the next day, but the toilets smelled like the men's toilets, which I didn't like. It's even more disappointing because the hotel was generally clean.

This is the first time I've used it in about a year since I came here twice during the coronavirus pandemic, during the state of emergency. This is my 5th time using it. It's one of my favorite accommodations. This time I brought an ORP meter and a pH meter. It seems that the hot water is a combination of continuous flow and circulation filtration, so we can't expect it to be a reducing type of hot water, but we did some measurements and found that the pH was 7.9 and the ORP was 540 mV for the indoor bath and 570-590 mV for the open-air bath. And the tap water was level. This is probably due to oxidation caused by chlorine sterilization. Considering the risk of legionella bacteria, there is nothing we can do about it. Still, I enjoyed the sodium-sulfate and chloride springs, which are full of hot spring ingredients. The hot water was good, with almost no chlorine smell. Also, I learned this for the first time, but I was surprised to find out that it is part of the same Orix Resort as "Hanaori" in Lake Ashi! ️ ``Hanaori'' is also a good inn. My last two complaints are that the shoehorn in the room is made of plastic, like something from a 100 yen store, giving it a somewhat everyday feel. Also, is the quality of breakfast not good enough? My wife grumbles when she doesn't have scrambled eggs or fried eggs.

The price was cheap and the meal was a buffet, but I really enjoyed the wonderful open-air bath. You can pay for your check-out the day before and just leave your keys at the counter when you leave. I was told that I wouldn't have to wait in line when I left, but when I tried to leave my keys at the counter, an employee yelled, "You're a customer!" with the key in his hand... and asked for the table tennis fee. I did play table tennis, but I had to check out and pay after I finished playing table tennis.Why? And it's a mystery why I had to attract so much attention just because I paid the bill the day before.
