Although the reputation was good in word of mouth, there was a little anxiety because it was cheap. In fact, it was very good. It became a good memory of Aizu Wakamatsu. I want to recommend it to my family and friends. The room is a Japanese room and the toilet bath is different. I recorded the inn book in the room. Good customer service that can be seen by the staff's personality. The meal is surrounded by the fireplace. I received a lot of local dishes. It was very delicious.

Only breakfast was not dinner, twin, and I had one person to use. The best thing was that I could have two baths in Chiyo waterfall and four baths in the new waterfall of the sister hall. The Chiyo Taki view bath can be seen in Aizu Wakamatsu City, and there is a bath to listen to the flow of the river, and the degree of fulfillment is quite high. The room was also a twin and a room with a large amount of one person. There was also a calm free drink space such as coffee, tea and sake at once. Breakfast was buffet style, there was also a local food dish, and it was very good with a menu that was not overrun on the street. It was a plan without dinner, but it is not difficult to eat at a local shop because it can be done in about 10 minutes by car to Aizu Wakamatsu city. It was an inn that I wanted to go again. I think this price is really good for this quality. I stayed at ashinomaki Onsen the next day, but it is an inn that makes me think I should have stayed here for a long time.

The parking lot near the building is narrow and you will be directed to park in the farthest parking lot as you arrive. The lobby was clean and the lounge provided complimentary drinks. I didn't have to fill in the check-in myself, and after being guided to the room, I was able to relax in the room immediately after dinner and the inside of the hotel. The room and bathroom were large enough for three people to relax. There were many free drinks in the room, which was great. At first glance, the room looked clean, but only the air purifier and hair dryer were covered in dust. Even though I was instructed to fill the humidifier with water myself, it was still filled with water, so I threw it away and put it back in. The front desk told me that the rock bath is too small to recommend, so I enjoyed the two large baths, but it was a quiet hot spring with a view of the river, and it was comfortable. Since we live in the mountains, we had a lot of vegetables for dinner, but many of the dishes were flavored with soup stock and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the grilled fish was lukewarm. Because the price was high, I thought the main dish would be Japanese beef, but I was a little disappointed that it was domestic beef. After dinner, my friend had a stomach ache, so I asked the front desk for directions and was told it was a 15 minute walk, so we set off on foot. The temperature was -4 degrees Celsius, it was snowing a little, the ground was frozen solid, and we walked for about 30 minutes trying not to fall. Taxi on the way home. When I looked it up later, the distance was 1.7km. When I told the man at the front desk about it, he answered, ”I always walk in 15 minutes.” I was angry that the remark came out before the apology. How many people do you think can walk a snowy ice van and a 1.7km snowy road in 15 minutes? Still, the bath in the room was too great, so I was more satisfied. Only one person at the front desk was disappointing because there were many good places.

I made a reservation with a high reputation. An old inn that seems to be in the mid Showa period when I ask. The sound like a dinosaur echoes from somewhere. It was an old elevator. The bath is cold until the open-air bath and zab~n! The dish is a little bit of a Japanese style dish set. Something is not enough but delicious. At night, the sound of the waterfall is so intense that the child cannot sleep. Also, the wall with the neighbor is thin and the sound of the toilet can be heard right next to it. Breakfast is also half Viking. I was calmly satisfied. It is a hotel that is working hard on the disadvantage in open-air baths and cooking. I think the customer service attitude is great.

When checking in, there was a ”Please Call” sign on the counter. It was very inconvenient for foreigners to make a phone call, but fortunately the receptionist came out of the small room after a while. The lake view in the room was pretty good, but the TV was a bit small. The hot spring pool only opens indoor pool, and it is not big, which is a bit disappointing. The public facilities include KTV and billiard room, which are pretty good. There are plenty of dishes and cooking tables. It is very convenient to bring your own food or fruit!
A long-established inn located along a mountain stream. Enjoy a variety of hot spring baths with plenty of hot water, including a cypress bath where you can feel the soothing scent of ancient cypress, a mountain stream observation bath where you can enjoy a panoramic view through glass, and an open-air bath. There are also rooms with spacious cypress open-air baths that are fed by natural hot spring water.

The view of the open-air bath in the room was wonderful ❗️ I definitely wanted to go again. The room is not large but clean. The digging kotatsu is hard to stand and sit, and the sofa is still easy 〜 The next thing I liked was breakfast. Local production for local consumption, all of them are very delicious, but natto was so good that I replaced it lol The sincere service of the staff was also comfortable. In a word, is the response at check-in a Vijiho style? I wonder if it can't be helped in a large inn. Check-in at seating is impossible. Overall the impression was very good. I want to ask again. Thank you for your help *\(^o^)/*

Living in Japan as a vegetarian for many years I am used to having to tough it out at hotels. Although there are exceptions, the majority of these facilities in Japan are still in the dark ages when it comes to vegetarian food options and unfortunately this hotel is no exception. This was our second time to stay here and we had hoped in vain that the food selection would be better. Shame on us, yes, but shame on the hotel even more, in my opinion. First, the positives. It is in a great location: you step out of the hotel and you are practically launched on the Goshiknuma trail. If you have a car it is easy to drive to nearby starting points for various excellent hiking options. If you don't have a car you are very limited in how many hiking spots you can access. The staff is friendly and helpful. The previous time we stayed, during the pandemic, there was a near-fluent in English tri-lingual front desk staff member who was great. We don't really need that, however, so I cannot say that this time we encountered any English speaking staff. The room was clean and comfortable. On our previous stay we had a gigantic room for less than what we paid this time but that was during the pandemic when hotels were practically begging for business and we were also able to avail ourselves of the government subsidy program for travel, which has long been discontinued. Anyway, we were happy enough with the room. The onsen is good: spacious and properly maintained. This facility is actually two joined hotels and if you stay on this side (pricier and with nicer rooms) the onsen is less crowded and nicer. The food was another story. Both the first time we stayed and this time, we opted for the buffet meal package: breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is passable if you are lacto-ovo as I am and not super strict, meaning you can drink miso soup that will doubtlessly have at least some fish stock as part of it. Dinner is, frankly, pathetic. There is nothing of substance for vegetarians unless you consider a salad, rice, pickles, and a couple of fried vegetables to be a meal. I do not. Virtually every dish had some meat or fish in it. Why does the pasta have to have bacon? Why does the stir fry vegetables have to have chicken? This hotel is far from the only one that does this, but in 2023 is it not possible to have one or two entree type offerings entirely meat or fish free? The buffet is gigantic and has huge variety but all of that variety is thoroughly saturated with meat and fish. Total fail. We will not stay here again, regretfully. Note: the buffet was equally poor during our first stay and it was entirely on us that we hoped there would be some improvement a few years later. Like I said, shame on us. That does not excuse the hotel from not providing better food options for vegetarians.

Because I was going to Wuse Marsh the next day, I booked this hotel. Although the room layout is old-fashioned, it also has an old European style. The cleanliness is also quite good. You can fully enjoy the large bath and open-air style.
The shuttle service makes it very convenient to move, as long as you make an appointment with mail the day before.

GGuest UserGreat hotel located next to Aizuwakamatsu Station. It’s a great location for being a base to visit all the attractions and great restaurants around the area. It’s a standard Toyoko Inn Japanese business hotel with basic amenities. Room wise it was definitely above average but it’s a bit on the old side. The bed and pillow was comfortable. Great water pressure too. The room came with breakfast so we managed to have a go just before they close up (pretty early at 9am). The food was basic but tasted really good. They also provide a common washer and dryer which was very useful for us travellers. Would definitely consider it as it’s a good budget, centrally located and comfortable.
TTravel811395I will go to the Aizu picture candle festival and stay if I find a cheap and good hotel that can go on a day trip! It is a hotel that hit by that. It is a little far from Aizu Wakamatsu station, but the bus stop is close to both the hikara and Akabe of the tour bus, so it is quite convenient to stay while sightseeing Aizu Wakamatsu. You can walk to shichikamachi. I took off my shoes at the entrance in front of the front desk and changed my shoes to slippers, but there was a little uncomfortable feeling as a hotel, but coffee and tea were freely drunk in the room near the entrance I can feel worried about having a massage chair or a cartoon book. It was an out bus room, but the bathroom and toilet were in the room, so it was good. The bath for women was 2 and was so cool that I was able to lock and use it with my friend 1 one by one. There are 3 washrooms in the same or slightly wide feeling as the bath in the house, but the shower is 1, and there is a mold with a black point 々 in the hose part of the shower, so it is impossible for nervous people. Don't forget to take the towel from the room! There is a refrigerator in the room, but the outlet was not creeping and it was not cold. Or it feels protected from the heating in the room. Please be careful if you are used.
GGuest UserThis property was booked at Jalan due to budget and grade and stayed at the end of September. The fee is over 9,150 yen, check-in is until 18:00, and dinner and breakfast are buffet. At this time of year, I had a skewers festival and ate skewers of eel. However, it was heavy in my stomach now. Breakfast was too much. The room is a business hotel 🏨 facility and has a unit bus. It is expensive to make a reservation with Jalan, so I recommend making a reservation from the official page, and it is easier to make a reservation for the affiliated hotel 🏨. The bath is large for the location, but it is on the 3rd floor of the East Building, so I was walked. Since it is a hotel around the late Showa period, there are also facilities for karaoke 🎤 and game 🎮. However, it seems that both machines need to be replaced with new ones. Karaoke 🎤 was a reservation system, so I couldn't enter it, but the machine in the game room 🎮 was a relatively old model. The spring quality is sulfate, and it is effective for nervousness, muscle pain, coldness, chronic digestive inflammation, etc.
GguutaraI was angry at the behavior of the female staff at breakfast. This hotel is buffet style, but the dining room is not large and it was crowded on weekdays. When I finished cooking and headed for my seat, a female staff with a tray in both hands came from the opposite direction. It is the width of the passage which is difficult to pass, but there is a space to avoid, so I thought that the female staff would avoid it. However, there was no sign of avoiding it at all, so I had to avoid it and secured the road. When I passed, I didn't say ”sorry” or ”thank you” or I didn't talk, and it was an attitude that was natural. It was a feeling that I was ruined by the feeling of other staff. I think the female staff of the otoko ** don't know their position or are not suitable for the service industry. I think if you give someone a way, even if you are not on work, you will be a thank you and a meeting. It is even more if you are in the customer service. Then, in order to avoid the time of the adjustment, we had a guide to finish the adjustment in advance, so we did so. But in fact, it should be only to return the key at check-out, but it was a meaningless situation that had to be lined up among the customers who were lined up to make adjustments, and what was the pre-adjustment for. I think it is necessary to locate a staff dedicated to the customer only for key return. The other dishes were delicious, the bath was good, and the staff thought it was better than before, but I felt bad because of only one female staff.
I was very dissatisfied with only using the Yukkura Inn room.'' ● Noisy 1 The rooms facing the back instead of the front face a slope, and the road is in front of the window, so cars Every time I pass by, I hear a very loud running sound. Moreover, it's a hilly road, so the cars climbing the road are stepping on the accelerator, making it even more noisy. ●Noisy 2: The room is equipped with geta for moving around, but some guests wore them in the room, and it was annoying every time they moved around the room or up the stairs. I think she was probably trying to give off an air of elegance by wearing a yukata while going to the waterfall bath, but I think she was a fiercely obsessive person. ●Noisy 3 The walls of the room are thin and the sound from the hallway can be heard, so if there are other noisy guests, it will make you feel uncomfortable. It's noisy x3, so if you're sensitive to noise, earplugs are a must. If I'm not good at it, I don't think I'll be able to sleep at all. I carried earplugs so I managed to sleep. ●Customer service is questionable. Taki no Yu is one of the top-ranked inns in Higashiyama Onsen, and the customer service is respectful, but the selling point of Yukkura Inn is that it has no service. So the sense of distance at the front is a little strange. The receptionist was overly polite to the guests at Taki no Yu, but to the guests at Yukkura Inn, the receptionist was as calm as was necessary. I felt more comfortable that way. In fact, it seemed like the employees were having more trouble separating the issues. ●Taki-no-Yu is far away. Traveling to Taki-no-Yu in the middle of winter is a chore. There is a headwind on the way out, and a tailwind blows up relentlessly from the waterfall on the way back. You are inevitably forced to wear thick clothes, which makes it difficult to undress in the bath. Guests in the main building wear yukata so they can take a quick bath, but we have to occupy the lockers for a long time to take off our clothes, which can be a real nuisance when it's crowded. ``Using Taki no Yu was very comfortable.'' 〇The large hot spring bath is good.In any case, the inn prides itself on its baths, so bathing while smelling the scent of the clear stream is the best. We can also benefit from the services such as draft beer, soft serve ice cream, and barley tea after bathing. I was disappointed that some of the bathtubs were covered with blue sheets. There's nothing fancy about it. 〇Food is good This time I stayed for 1 night with 2 meals, and both meals were fine. Dinner was advertised as a special bento box, but it was actually a small Shokado kaiseki meal. I think it's pretty luxurious for lunch. The seats were carefully positioned, and were discreetly separated from the Taki-no-Yu guests, who were happily eating the food you would expect from a high-end ryokan. Breakfast is the same menu as guests of Taki no Yu. The staff at the restaurant were so attentive that I didn't feel the slightest bit of discrimination among the customers. Overall... Being able to use Taki-no-Yu's facilities at such a low price feels like a great deal. On the other hand, I don't think the CP is very good if you only use Yukkura Inn. If you use it for business purposes, you will be satisfied with the large public bath and the delicious food. However, I think that this is a facility that some people may feel cramped. No matter how you think about it, the customers of Taki no Yu who want to enjoy a luxurious trip and the customers of Yukkura Inn who want to choose accommodation at a reasonable price are different people. Because we are trying to force that balance, distortion inevitably occurs. Anyway, earplugs are a must-have item.
