El hotel pertenece a la Universidad de Guadalajara. Es un lugar clásico conocido por muchos. Se ve que tiene algunos años. Sin embargo, los cuartos que dan al jardín están muy limpios, son cómodos y no hay ruido. Tiene dos albercas. Una calefaccionada. Ambas con vista al lago. El ambiente es familiar. El personal del check in y el botones es muy amable. Tiene estacionamiento y muy buena ubicación. El restaurante tiene linda vista, la calidad del desayuno me pareció regular. Pero como lugar de descanso en general está muy bien.

Beautiful grounds, 15 minute walk to town (or easy cab for $100 pesos). Very clean, pools are wonderful. Booking through ******* was easy and accurate.
Only slight annoyance was the pool bar was not attended - you needed to get out of the pool, walk around the outdoor restaurant patrons, and grab someone for drinks.

La experiencia en general fue maravillosa y el ambiente del hotel es encantador. Le he dado cuatro estrellas porque, aunque se promociona como un hotel familiar, siento que podría ser más inclusivo para los niños. Sería ideal contar con un menú infantil, más juegos y actividades diseñadas para entretener a los más pequeños. A pesar de esto, la belleza del lugar y la calidad del servicio son indiscutibles. :)

Es un hotel muy agradable, los alimentos deliciosos, algo alto el precio considerando que vamos en familia, y el mobiliario de las habitaciones está muy deteriorado y falta aire acondicionado.

El hotel es cómodo pero no tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador y no fue suficiente, nos dio calor toda la noche . Las camas para mi gusto un poco duras , hace falta mantenimiento a los baños y en el restaurante el servicio lento , el menú limitado y la comida no es mala pero tampoco la mejor

The hotel has a great location. The room we had was comfortable, but I think it does need air conditioning in the rooms. Many green areas. The water in the pools was not cold, very comfortable. The general atmosphere is very quiet and calm. The food in the restaurant was good tasting, a bit pricey and had the feeling of having been microwaved. We will return.
