It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

Loved my stay at Zoya Wellness Resort! The place is super peaceful, the staff were kind and attentive, and the wellness treatments were top-notch. The food was healthy and tasty. Left feeling refreshed and totally recharged. Can’t wait to come back!

I don’t even know where to begin. This hotel was, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, hair on the sheets, mold in the bathroom, and a horrible smell that hit me the moment I walked in. The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms including arguments and loud TVs all night long. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I complained about the dirty room, they acted like I was being dramatic and refused to move me to another one. Housekeeping skipped my room completely one day, and when I asked about it, they shrugged and said “we’re busy.” I would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else trust me, it’s not worth the headache. One star is too generous.

An excellent gem in the heart of the Middle East. The resort’s facilities were very good, the services, physical activities and treatments were excellent. The staff, nurses and doctors, specifically Wissal, Helmi, Bayan, Soha, Yasmeen, Mohd and Nidhal were extremely helpful and great hosts. The best part of the experience is the variety of services and food options. I will definitely be going there again.

I will never come back to this place, it is the worst. The cleanliness is super poor and there is dust everywhere, the resort looks very old and the food had a strange taste, I did not like it at all and to top it off the staff is poor, they were rude and arrogant, for the same reason that there was no staff they changed the appointments that we had scheduled without telling us or commenting on the situation.

The hotel's cleanliness is incredibly bad, it's not worth the price at all, and the staff's attention is terrible. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It's very disorganized, the room was delivered very late, and the food was terrible.
