Bad :
1) only one room key is given in double occupancy room. Second key request was also denied. So had to access lift and room with the help of staff couple of times in one night stay. Entrance is very small for car to get in. 5th floor lounge is not ready. So very limited option for food. Good :
food was very delicious in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good. Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Though was was a stain in the bedsheet of room. Staff were helpful

Hotel location is great with all amenities present inside the hotel. Food is great with a lot of variety. They also arranged our visit to dargah which was hassle free without any problems.

Hotel was clean staff was not train and unprofitable we ask for extra key the guy in reception was rude and argument for key we said that we book hotel for brand name person reply it's not brand it's depend on owner usaly if you go to any hotel we have two keys but they don't check out there is no staff to assist the luggage brekfast was ok ok.

As newly built, property is neat and clean. Price seems a bit on higher side as it’s a compact hotel. Lack of amenities in hotel.

I had a great time at The Fern Residency in Ajmer! The hotel is close to both the bus and railway stations, which made traveling easy. The rooms were very comfy, and the food at Laziz Restaurant was super yummy. I loved the open-air terrace at Ocean View Restro Bar, where I could relax. The hotel also has big banquet halls for parties and meetings. If you’re looking for a hotel near Ajmer railway station, this is the best choice. The service was excellent, and I felt really welcome during my stay. I would definitely come back again!

I’m here celebrating a wedding with friends, I eat in the restaurant. Wow, not only was the food excellent but the service was exceptionally. I was cared for in a way that is very different from the United States. The servers couldn’t do enough for me. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone travel to The Fern Residency to stay here and to eat here. Thank you to the staff and the chief, Great Job!!!!

The best service I've ever got! The employees are very humble ...they did not give us any chance to complaint ....it was an amazing stay! The food quality is also the best ...I wish to come here again! The room also give us another chance to visit again
