The hotel is average with all basic amenities. At first i thought i chose the wrong hotel but when i reached this place i was having fever which got worse on the very first day of my stay. The staff really helped me manage the medicines and all that i required. Must say the staff is very co-operative and friendly. The food is also good at affordable price.

Dont ever book room in this hotel. We had booked premier room. Manager charged rs 500 extra for check in early. Room geyser was not working. After an hour our room was changed. Bed sheets dirty. Fan regulator knob broken not able to change speed. Water seepage and bad smell in the toilet. Toilet flush became faulty after few hours. Night manager asked us to move into a non premier room. We asked if we can use toilet of any other vacate room. He refused to give key.

We have booked three premium rooms but we don, t get tv in two rooms. Also breakfast have had only adult people though we have two child in this package.
