Awesome experience with grand xenia. Hotel has very good location and view from room is awesome. All staff was very cooperative especially vast-la from restaurant staff.

1. The starting experience sets the tone. The security and valet were agile and courteous even at 11.0 pm in the night. 2. Ramaya at Reception was extremely thoughtful and quick to comply with requests. The housekeeping staff was pleasing and supportive as well. 3. The breakfast spread was amazingly wide woth variety from Continental to South Indian to local dishes. Dosa, Paranthas, poori (even tea and coffee made there) were super. The icing on the cake was the hospitality of Vastala, Jeet, Naveen and Parikshit whi were ever obliging in servicing the portions. I noticed Ankit, the Captain adroitly coordinating the floor activities. 4. The rooms and the corridors are old and it will be great if they can be spruced up. The location is certainly downside as itnis far from action place. 5. However, the rooms size, the amenities, its air conditioning, the expansive lush green lawn, amazing Aravali view and the swimming pool with clean water despite being rainy days make up for the downside. 6. I will be happy to become a regular guest and definitely come again woth family.

It was nice stay at hotel grand xenia. The entire environment, facility like lift, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, proper staff service. Staff like kajal, kumkum, mahendra, irfan, jeet are superb. The staff also very polite, and always ready to serve.

Overall good service. And vastla is very good and hamble and also shahil is cooked nice omelet for me..!! Amazing Experience We had a great experience at Grand Xenia. Awesome service, tasty food, staff was so supportive. Food served at Sobar was tasty, breakfast was lavish. Mr. Satyendra and his team were very cooperative & made us feel as if we are at out home. We had some issues with hot water and air conditioning which was promptly attended by Mr. Satyendra. Housekeeping department was very cooperative. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
