Good service, comforting staff and great food. Had an amazing stay at the property. We visited with our babies but it was an hassle free experience. The ambience and surrounding were adding more grace to the property. We had visited during the peak timings but there were no delay in service

It's my second visit with family all the things are up to the mark room is specious and clean staff is very humble ready to work . Food was very delicious very clean swimming pool and the property is very beautiful will visit again with family and friends .

I recently attended a wedding between 16th October - 17th October 2024 and check out on 18th October 2024. I was in room number 105. A total of INR 20,000 was stolen, break of up of which is USD 150 (approx. INR 13000) and INR 7000 cash separately. This was kept inside a small section inside my travel pouch which was actually inside my laptop bag. So hotel staff actually opened my laptop bag and then the travel pouch to steal this money. I need a logical answer from the hotel management on this as this is really not expected from a property which boasts of high standards. Option1: refund me INR 20,000 back. I will provide account details once you confirm. Option2: Review the CCTV footage for 18th October 2024 and question the hotel staff who checked out my luggage from Room no. 105. I remember his face as well . I will be left with no choice but to circulate this post across each and every e-commerce and social sites and list maximum negative reviews for this property. It is just unbelievable the hotel staff had the guts to put their hands inside my travel pouch and steal INR 20,000 cash, this is absolutely unacceptable and quite a cheap thrill for a property who earlier claims to maintain high standards. It was wonderful and the atmosphere was so peaceful, if you want to spend some quality time with your friends and family then this is the best option This is overall best time we had with my friends we whold love to visit again and again thank u so much for best hospitality
