Front office and security is not bothered to check on the arriving guest. Al hotels do not have valet parking, however security should guide guests where to park the vehicle. I had to look out for the security guard to ask where to park the vehicle. Also at the reception desk, had to wait for more than 10 minute while the desk executive was busy handling calls and lone customer, i had to ask him to call duty manager for help. Food was good and special compliments to the chef. Morning breakfast was good, however the cutlery was unclean, on asking the staff to change the cutlery it took good time to find a clean set which means thar issue is persistent.
