Hotel Merwara Estate- A Luxury Heritage Resort

It was great, booked for my parents and they loved it

Property is good but very bad service. Wifi not working - complained. No response. Asked for water at check-out. Followed up twice - no response ac not effective at night.

Everything was good, except a few leakages in the roof and food being a bit expensive but the taste was good

Location is very nice and lake view is awesome. Great experience must visit in hotel mewara state.

The hotel was good from the exterior and the location was good, but lacked maintenance and manpower. The day we arrived water was not available, the restaurant was closed. We had to order food from outside. The second day we were shifted to a 2nd building which was dingy and dark. Breakfast was average with less spread. Lack of manpower, we had to wait a lot for just tea and coffee. Further they provide water dispensers in the rooms, which seemed unhygienic and dirty. Further we had to carry our own bag and no one was available for help (note: there were a lot of steps from parking to reception)

First off, the location of the hotel is just too good, it’s probably the most beautiful hotel in ajmer with a very humble and co operative staff setup. Would definitely stay here every time i am in ajmer.
