On our road journey from Jaipur to Udaipur this was the perfect midway point to pause and relax in the middle of the Rajasthani countryside. The property is a beautiful example of the period style of architecture and decoration, there is also a pool that was lovely and clean. We partook in two activities. There was a bullcart ride that we were joined on by the wonderful lady of the house, we visited a local village and rode through the farm fields. Then there was a cooking demonstration that allowed us to partake in the cooking of our own meal. We were joined by our lovely hosts Aditya and Upssana for our delicious evening meal. The staff were friendly and very attentive. I have mobility issues and the hosts and staff were very helpful with this and were able to provide suitable accommodations for us. If you are looking for a place to relax in the middle of a tour or just to be somewhere quiet and beautiful – I would recommend a stay for at least two nights at Bijay Niwas Palace

wat een fantastische plaats om te verblijven! we werden hartelijk ontvangen met een mooie rode stip als warm welkom. daarna volgde een heerlijk drankje en konden we onze kamer in. in éen woord PRACHTIG! masr het hoogtepunt was toch wel de tocht met de ossenwagen. de lokale bevolking was heel hartelijk en wij voelden ons bijna koninklijk door alle kinderen die fan van ons werden. het eten in dit hotel is van hoog niveau. voor ons Nederlanders is goed gebakken patat belangrijk… nou, die was hier ontzettend goed! kortom: dit hotel, de medewerkers, de eigenaars en de ossenwagen moet je meemaken!!

It's amazing place, very peace and nature near place. Staff is very calm and helping nature. One of the Staff 'Laxman ' is very nice person and supporting nature. This palace is very beautiful and familier. Overall all 10 out of 10. Service very fast Food very yummy Room clean and all facilities available. Swimming Poor is clean. Environment is very peaceful.

I have stayed here multiple times. And as i know it's a cool and calm property... Lush Green, Awesome Stay and environment... Staff is very cooperative and polite... Owners also take care of the property and personally indulge in taking care of the property... Very good for outing with Family also....

Once you reach to this place, you will feel like a king. The palace surrounded by a huge garden with many variety of flowers and plants. The rooms and toilets are sparkling clean. Especially i love dining hall. its elegantly decorated. Rajasthani roof painting, antique furniture, and old photographs can take you to old golden era. Food and services staff were excellent.

Beautiful place tucked away in the countryside. Run by friendly, helpful owners and their local staff, who put a lot of effort in maintaining this property. Quiet, lots of birds and squirrels and friendly villagers. A hidden gem. Take an oxcart ride if you get the chance.

Beautiful place, taken care of with great love and attention by the owners and their local staff. I was lucky enough to stay in the king's suite and enjoyed it to the fullest. Quite and green environment, birds and squirrels everywhere, friendly villagers. A hidden gem!

It was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 2 minutes walking from the room nice garden and pool view . Vijay niwas is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
