Please listen to all the reviews and avoid this hotel at all costs. This is the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had, it’s 100% not a 4* hotel and it should be closed down as it’s the filthiest and most disgusting place i’ve ever stayed at. I’m surprised that we didn’t get sick from the unsanitary conditions. The pictures are AI generated so don’t believe what you see because it’s not real + they don’t offer most of the facilities advertised in the holiday package (no gym, no sauna, no wifi in the rooms, etc.) My partner and I wanted to leave from the first day and have almost begged loveholidays to transfer us to another hotel as we found the situation unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and we had to wait more than 4h to be checked in. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful, completely ignoring us. Loveholidays tried calling them but nobody was picking up the phone for the duration of our stay, which is unacceptable. After finally being checked in we arrived in our room and it was FILTHY. Not just outdated or as love holidays said “a bit dusty”. Everything was dirty. The bedsheets, floor, shower, fridge, table, everything. Again we complained about it and they replied that “every room is deep cleaned after checkout” but as you can see in the pictures the room has probably not been deep cleaned since the opening of the hotel. And it’s not just the rooms, the hotel is overall super dirty and it reeks of feces. We have seen cockroaches around the lounge and in the communal lounge toilet and it’s also fly infested. All the furniture in the lounge is dirty and full of stains and holes and always wet. There are crumbs, food and stains all over the floors and tables. Also the staff is smoking and vaping in the lounge and there are signs on the wall saying that smoking isn’t allowed. The hallways haven’t been vacuumed in months I think and there’s dust and dirt in every corner. There are towels, dirty bedding, food, cutlery and plates with leftover food and rubbish left on the hallways for days. The cleanliness in the restaurant is the same as everywhere else, below standard. The floors are dirty, the appliances are greasy old and rusty. The plates (if you’re lucky to find any) and cutlery are never cleaned properly. The tables are left dirty from previous guests. The staff is touching the food with their hands and so are the guests. We have witnessed someone tasting a sauce with the provided spoon and then put the spoon back in the sauce after licking it. The restaurant also smells like feces and it’s truly disgusting. Same situation in the gardens and pool area. Dirty as the rest of the resort, it smells horrible and there were used baby diapers in the outdoor plant pots left by guests. The sun umbrellas aren’t secured properly and have fallen onto us. My partner had to lift the umbrellas off me and we both got scratches. The staff didn’t even bother to check on us and see if we are okay. Meal times are a complete chaos - becaus

AVOID this hotel. Where do I start, how this is advertised as a 4* is a joke. The hallways and carpets are dirty & stained. The food is disgusting and cold. The majority of the quests were like scavengers. They pushed and shoved and as soon as any new food was brought out it was gone in 10 seconds, was appalling to watch. The queues for all food sessions was an absolute nightmare, once again other quests pushing in queues. We were herded like cattle into food halls. We were held outside the food hall as it gets so full you cannot get in. The whole experience was so stressful we actually booked a new flight home after 3 days, we had booked for a week. I have never left a holiday early!! Any questions to reception were answered come back in 10 minutes, they did not care about any anything. I could go on and on. Please, please take note of this review as it is even worse than I can advise.
