We were in Tunisia for the first time. The Marina Palm hotel was very great. The people are very friendly and a lot of activities. We did the Carmel, quad bike and boat ride. They even upgraded our room at no cost.............................

The only good thing i can say about this place is the entertainment staff are friendly. This place is appalling, considering it is a 5 star hotel. When considering the food, there is no variety, there is only a small amount to just from when looking at other 5 star hotels. They also serve the same food everyday. The serving staff are friendly. When entering the hotel we was supposed to be given welcome drinks, this did not happen. I booked a double room, and my brother booked the superior room and paid extra for it however, the rooms were exactly the same. We had a slight view of the ocean. The rooms themselves, were standard, the fridge did not work, our safe did not work and there was no kettle in the room. We had to pay £10 extra for a kettle. The bathtub was dirty and the hair dryer only worked for 10mins. The receptionist staff were rude, they were not helpful at all. The entertainment staff were nice however we did not know what was happening in the night. The rep provided, was also not helpful. When we tried to tell him our concerns and book excursions he said we do not do it with him. Overall this hotel, is the worst ive ever been too. I will definitely not be recommending or returning.

I am currently staying at this hotel with a friend. After reading all the poor reviews I contacted Thomas Cook with a request to change hotel. But...on arrival the staff on reception was very helpful and friendly. Food in the buffet restaurant is plentiful and lots of choice. Pool is cold but it's winter. Sea is cold and again it winter. Spa is nice, spoilt for choice with the treatments on offer. We would definitely come back to this hotel if we return to Tunisia.

This is my best vacation ever I come to tunisia I want rest and calm place to spend such nice days I choose hotel el mouradi palm I find good and friendly staff and lots of good things that empressed me and I come back here again soon ……………………………..
