It was excellent everything. All restaurant, bar, sea and pools are very good.

Its all meals inclusive hotel with diff meals going on all day. They organises oktoberfest which was fun.

Nice staff which is the main thing. Good food and a good pool area, though a bit noisy at times. Really nice stay here

Overall an excellent hotel. Really pleased with the services on offer, the staff were nice and always checking in to see if your doing well. The hotel had loads of activities to do that appealed to all ages. The food was great, especially the variety of food on offer.

The hotel is good. The rooms are simple. The pillows are comfortable and the mattresses too. There is no sound insulation. The food is just super great, not cheap. The beach is good. Beautiful well-kept area. Every day program. Nice spa

Everything was very good, the head chef really does very good things, we have never seen a chef who loves his job so much, the food was great, all the staff were friendly, the hotel area was very spacious, the service was fast, thank you for everything.

Super hotel. Wonderful rooms, excellent and varied food, both buffet and Ala Cart (in the evening all Ala Cart are paid, but there are also breakfasts and lunches a la carte). Excellent (well-known brands) drinks - for every taste, on every corner of the territory there are cafes with different specializations. Fruits, ice cream. There is a pier and also with a bar Excellent entrance to the sea

Great place to stay. We were really surprised by the standards. Nothing was a problem for the staff members. A small refurbishment would improve some areas. We had 2 small issues only. We were booked to Da Vinci a la carte for 4 people by the guest relation team and when we turned up the restaurant team said it was for 2 only and they couldn't accomodate us. After getting back to the guest relation they confirmed 4 people and tried to rebook us which we declined because we were hungry so decided to use buffet restaurant. On the way we were stopped by da vinci team saying they found space for us surprisingly. Dont know what kind of misunderstanding this was in between them! And the packed lunch was offered to our parents for their early check out on the last day which we kindly accepted but it was not there for some reason when they were leaving so again some misscommunication problems etc. Small issues here and there when the hotel was not even in their full season yet. In general all great though. Make sure you book it after the 23rd of March. The hotel is adding many food and drink stands across the area, outside entertainment area is going to be open so you will enjoy it even more. We missed it by a few days and regret it because it is looking great. Dont remember all names but need to mention Baran in the beach bar who was a great person to deal with. Hasan and Muhamat in the C club bar, Muhamat from bufet evening restaurant and Muhamat on inlines from pool bar. Thank you

We absolutely loved this property. The different restaurants were excellent, the service. We were on our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. We love it and can’t wait to be back: thank you for a wonderful holiday.
