Absolutely loved the place. We left the resort one time the whole 5 days lol. Food was great ESPECIALLY room service. Only thing I didn’t like was the cold water in the pool. We couldn’t even enjoy the swim out pool because the water was freezing.

Servicio increíble de parte de los animadores Luana y Benjamin en la infinity pool. Miguel nuestro mesero de drifwood muy amable. En el area de la piscina Jesús y Alonzo nos atendieron muy bien. Conocimos a los animadores Luis, José, Alex Gabo Mike Angie También hicimos actividades fitness con Abraham y Puga. Muchas gracias por todo, excelente servicio.

Fue una estancia muy amena y eso es gracias a los colaboradores del hotel, en especial agradezco a Benjamín, Luana, Luis, Jose, Abraham y Puga que en todo momento nos divirtieron jugando Pool volley, bingo, black Jack, pregunta del día, movie quiz, entre otros.

We have the best time ever with the entertainment guys shout out to Benjamin, luana, Luis they are incredible, the food was really good, specially in the Japanese restaurant, the drinks was really good to, and also the shows of the night to like the Mexican

Our stay went very well and the staff were incredibly great! The food was great too. We had some foul ups with the Lomas company that shuttles us and our friends though. Another concern of was the daily construction going on above our rooms every day. It made for a very noisy week when we wanted to sleep late. We have been to this resort since 2016 and have enjoyed every visit and met some great guests and some wonderful staff including: Our butlers Ivan, Leslie and Edith. The entertainment directors Luana and Benjamin. Luisa the beach server. Matteo the shuttle driver. Our concierge Jorge. Antonio who did the mixology class. Rubicel the waiter at Klay Talay.

We really enjoy the time with the entertainment guys shout to Benjamin, Luana, Luis, Puga, Abraham, we really enjoy the karaoke night and also the Mexican fiesta, they have also good activities in the day like Bingo, pool volley, name that tune thank u so much for entertain us

Me gustó mucho el hotel, todos fueron muy amables siempre y la experiencia se volvió inolvidable gracias al grupo de entrenamiento conformado por Benjamin,Luana, Luis, josé, Puga y adriana, de igual manera los baristas eran muy atentos y en especial hubo una que era muy divertida, su nombre es Janeth, sin duda volvería a ir a vacacionar ahí

Bar frontara on the beach is absolutely outstanding. Amazing food cooked to your preferences. This guy Domingo is just an amazing beachside foid heaven. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out on Ribs burger shrimps taco wraps extremely tasty

Fue una experiencia increíble, muchas gracias a los chicos que nos ayudaron a tener las mejores vacaciones de mí vida. Benjamín, Luana, Luis, José, Abraham, Puga. Recomiendo mucho hacer todas las actividades padrísimas. Mí familia y yo disfrutamos pool voley, movie quiz y bingo. Esperó regresar pronto y toparme a estos chicos!
