We checked in into some of the rooms in the annexe but the experience was awful. In one of the rooms, water will not run, AC went off intermittently, no refrigerator, no water, no breakfast. We complained severally but nothing was done until we left.

The hotel only looks normal from the outside, inside it is a complete horror! There is old furniture in the room, when you try to open the closet door, it fell off ... the faucet leaked in the bathroom, the shower did not work well, part of the lighting did not work in the room (burnt out lamps). Breakfast is very poor. Some cons.

St Jacobs hotel Akure was just okay. Nice front desk staff. Ready to help. I just didn’t understand why the showers never worked, we had you use the hand held shower and even at that the water pressure was really slow. It took forever to have a bath. That made no sense to me. Breakfast was average nothing else. Would try other hotels if am ever at Akure again.
