Very good experience. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that three adults needed an extra bed. The twin room we booked was too small. We paid an extra 2,000 RMB for 2 nights to upgrade to a terrace room. The price was reasonable and it was a satisfying trip.

Unfortunately, even being a long term customer from this hotel, they refuse to cancel my booking due the trip changes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

整個大環境和風景時很美的，單單房間佈局和房間環境老舊，也比較小，早餐看起來很豐富，其實味道和甜品品質比較不那麼好，員工倒是很熱情，但服務其實培訓很不到位，早餐經常上錯東西，點餐經常聽錯，給了圖片照着點也會上錯，連續住了3晚，覺得越來越無聊，包括小童俱樂部，陪玩的員工很不熱情對小孩子，也沒有很多有趣的活動，單是一個大房間各玩各的，從食品的品質，尤其甜品，麪包，品質很差。房間小，也比較老舊，住着很不舒服～
最主要的是酒店有一邊房間靠着酒吧，晚上開非常吵的音樂到10點，明明知道帶小孩會受影響，酒店還是把我們安排在正對酒吧位置，關了窗户一樣很吵，以至於我們無法睡覺堅持到了第二天才要求換房，就是這些很基本的員工培訓很不到位，整體就是這個感覺

The sanitation and environmental services are very satisfactory. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The scenery is unbeatable. This season is so comfortable. I am also lucky to catch the sunrise and sunset.
