This hotel is worn and in need of maintenance. The paving and steps are cracked and worn for example. ( I think the area has been bypassed by building a new road and tourists don’t use it- we also passed many restaurants that appeared to have closed down as well.) The rooms are adequate, as was the food. The pool was nice and pretty to look at. The staff weren’t particularly friendly - no welcome tea for example, but quickly shown to our rooms. Overall I wouldn’t recommend

I once reviewed this hotel in the past describing it as beautiful place a paradise in the mountains which we had visited many times ,the pool and grounds are well kept the breakfast were good but the evening meals were atrocious my opinion inedible .it’s not as though you can take a walk and go to another restaurant there’s none around ,although the manager did her best to put things right she couldn’t work miracles beer and wine totally over priced over £30 pounds a bottle for inexpensive wine will not be visiting this hotel again .

Les chambres ça sont la moisissure, service catastrophique, très ennuyeux, manque hospitalité. Sincèrement, je le déconseille vivement, à éviter surtout pour une famille qui a des enfants. Même pour annuler, c'est une autre histoire, absence d'interlocuteur, attente réponse supérieur.

In the 17 days that we had spent in Morocco this establishment was the worst by far. Luckily we were only here for one night. The lady in charge was so unfriendly. Very ordinary room which was musty and dark. Cockroach was found in the shower cubicle. We even had to ask for toilet paper as not enough supplied. The food was lousy as well. Bland soup followed by a tagine of gluggy chicken and overcooked vegetables. No water supplied with dinner or breakfast so we had to buy our own. Then was charged outrageous amount for the bottle. Poor quality option offered by our tour company.

Beautiful oasis in the Atlas Mountains. Pool to die for, comfortable rooms and very obliging staff. On a 15 day tour of Morocco it was one of those places we wished we had a couple of days to enjoy the facilities and explore the surroundings. But Marrakech called

We spent 4 peaceful nights at the Ksar Shama. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially the manager. The pool area was lovely. The restaurant was very good. We ate breakfast and dinner there every day of our staff and looked forward to the next. I would recommend this hotel.

Arrived in Ouirgane late after coming down from Tizi’nTest .. called Fawzia who came in off her break .. excellent welcome by Tawfiq the gardien who showed uto our lovely room and made us a fire Room had hot shower and a super comfy bed In the morning: excellent breakfast and chill in the garden .. and then set off on mule ride for 3 hours Highly recommended !

Fantastic complex of accommodation with large swimming pool area, lots of different areas to sit and relax and eat outside. Bar and restaurant. Good evening meal and plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff. All areas very clean. Indoor open fire in the dining room.

Mille mercis à Madame Fouzia pour la qualité d'accueil et le sens de professionnalisme, elle est super serviable, gentille et surtout disponible à tout moment et quelque soit la raison. Le personnel sympa, chambres spacieuses et propres, cuisine magnifique.
