Our stay at this so-called "luxury hotel" in the desert was nothing short of a nightmare. What was meant to be a relaxing, high-end experience turned into a series of disappointments. First, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely untrained, and the hotel manager was downright condescending, even mocking guests when we raised concerns. Instead of offering any solutions, she acted as though we were the problem. The food? Don’t even get me started. Their “tagine du jour” should be renamed “tagine du nightmare.” Bland, and utterly tasteless. The breakfast was just as bad—limited options, no variety, and service so slow that we practically fell asleep waiting for our food. Noise was another major issue. Nonstop construction sounds ruined any chance of enjoying the terrace or the pool area. The place was marketed as a peaceful retreat, but it felt more like a construction site. Manager didn’t care about our complaint. The amenities were also below standard for a hotel that claims to be high-end. No fridge in the room, basic toiletries, and no spare plugs to charge electronics. To top it off, the hotel is incredibly difficult to get to, with barely any signage and a road that felt more like an obstacle course than a path to a "luxury" destination. Avoid at all costs—this place isn’t worth your time or money.
