hotel praticamente nuovo(marzo 2024) che rasenta la perfezione in tutto, dalla reception al bagnino della spiaggia. Camere grandi e confortevoli con un grande bagno, colazione abbondante e variegata. Ristorante alla carte ottimo .un piccolo consiglio alla direzione: non lo fate diventare villaggio vacanze, visto il notevole flusso di turisti .........un cartello di silenzio nei corridoi d'accesso alle stanze non guasterebbe

Just got back from our second stay at this amazing five-star hotel, and we’re already planning our next visit! We were here last month and were so impressed that we had to return this month. The hotel is absolutely stunning! Check-in was a breeze, and our room was huge. We have to mention that the pool is seriously the best in the UAE! Even when it gets busy, it never feels overcrowded because of its spacious design. The pool bar service is excellent, with dedicated waiters for each area. Our waiter for this month, Momodu, was super attentive and truly make sure that we get everything that we need. With different dining options available, we chose to go to Reunion for a la carte dinner, and it was an experience in itself! The service is top-notch. Our waiter, Technicious, and his supervisor Raegan were fantastic. They were incredibly attentive, full of good energy, and provided excellent food recommendations with a smile 😁. Plus, it was a lovely touch that Hilary, the restaurant director, came by to greet us personally. And the food? Simply amazing! From appetizers to main courses and desserts, everything was delicious. Overall, we had a premium service experience and will definitely be coming back again!

Starting from the room and ending with breakfast, everything was just amazing. The pool is clean and warm, very long. I think you can swim in it for 2 hours without getting out. The rooms are clean, stylish, all the details are provided. But the hotel team left a special impression, the service is one of the best. Any connection caused only positive emotions

I don't normally write reviews but we checked in for 2 nights away from busy life in Dubai. We had a great experience. Especially Honey from the restaurant breakfast team made our breakfast experience very special. Very attentive to my kids and very warm dealing with them. Made our early morning memorable Also Ateeq from the buggy team very helpful to me whenever I needed something especially when I used to order food and wasn't able to come to the lobby. The room was very nice. My kids had an enjoyable stay at the kids club and a sweet Lebanese manager from the restaurant team helped us get my kids to the teens club. Overall highly recommended 👌

It was an amazing experience for us. The staff are extremely friendly and the property is exquisite. Our daughter loved her first staycation. The breakfast and dinner spread was so good and tasty. The pool, the beach, the room was so clean and well maintained. Ample parking space was available. If you have an electric car like us, inform the staff and they will take care of the charging as well. We are so happy with our experience.

Nice place, super clean, got free upgrade, exceptional staff, highly recommended! Checked in to celebrate my wife's birthday, got an amazing welcome & extraordinary treatment! This might be one of the best resorts in Ras Al Khaimah. Must visit if you're in the UAE.
