Because the hotel is newly built, I think it looks great everywhere. Some five-star island hotels here also have a musty smell! Everyone, do your homework and make more choices! Agora autograph collection and Agora team have been my home and family for more than 7 month, and I was so sad leaving cause of work relocation. I have been living in Qatar for 8 years, and only Agora made me extremely happy ❤️ starting with Valet team, reception team, Raeesah and Tahir you have been my problem solvers, they way how extremely professional they are🙏🏻 Maggie from house keeping is like part of my family in the house, I trust her professionalism, she would notice every detail, keeping my place so clean and neat🙏🏻 Pool and gym team, you guys have been making my each day at the pool and gym so positive 😍 and of course Cristian, who is the most visionary leader and GM of the Agora hotel, managing a great team, leadership and teamwork, you can see how his team even so happy and love their job, that can happen only when you have a great leader! 👏🏻customer care is his greatest quality, not every hotel has such a great, professional GM in hospitality in Doha. The facilities and hygiene are perfect, everything is new and smart. What I like most is the aromatherapy machine in the room. You can choose your favorite scent every day. It may be the off-season, and there are not many guests in the hotel. There were basically no other people eating breakfast during the few days I stayed. The service in the restaurant was very good, and the banana cake for breakfast was very impressive. The only drawback is that the room service is lacking and the ability to respond to emergencies is poor. Maybe it’s because of the new hotel?

A very stylish hotel. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Especially the staff was very helpful, they helped us with everything from buying tickets for the places we would visit to renting a car. Thanks for everything. We definitely recommend it. Lusail's best and also iconic hotel.

I normally stay at 4 star hotels when I travel, but I found a great deal on this hotel and decided to splurge. Not sure if the great experience I had there is normal for any Ritz, this region of the world, or any 5 star hotel, but it was very nice and I think I need to do 5 star travel from now on! The hotel reached out in advance by email to welcome me and see if I had any special requests. The room was very large and comfortable, with all the expected technology and amenities. Balcony was small but had a nice view. A plate of baklava was waiting for me in the room. Great toiletries by dyptique. My booking included breakfast and dinner buffet. Lots of variety, regularly replenished, has indoor and outdoor seating (I recommend sitting outdoors - better ambiance and the waitstaff there were particularly attentive). This was my first time doing halfboard and I’m a fan. Any hotel staff I interacted with were very helpful and went above and beyond at nearly every opportunity. The hotel has beautiful grounds and a lot of amenities including a beach, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, numerous bars and restaurants, etc. On my last day after checking out I used the pool and was able to shower and change in the spa facilities. Tried cocktails at the pool bar and B-lounge (one of the restaurants on the property). Very tasty but my experience in Doha (at the hotel and elsewhere) is that drinks there are incredibly weak so it’s mostly a waste of money. I traveled solo and didn’t see any solo travelers at the hotel. Lots of families, couples, business travelers attending conferences at the hotel. I didn’t feel strange but little opportunity to meet people if that’s what you were hoping for. In terms of the hotel’s location, there’s really no where to go by foot but Ubers come quickly, are relatively cheap, and nothing is that far in Doha. All in all, would definitely recommend staying at the Ritz.

We totally enjoyed our stay at The CHEDI and were sorry to leave . although we moved to another excellent 5 star Hotel in Qatar we missed the ”warm welcome home ” feeling we had been so enjoying at The Chedi .. The room was incredibly comfortable (especiilay the wonderful bed 0 and the facilities perfect for us ..It was lovely to have such well trained and accomodating staff ..The breakfast spread was delectable , the gym perfect and the dining options nearby as well as in house outstanding ...Were looking forward to our next Qatar visit ..the hotel choice is now simple ..Thankyou to all the delightful CHEDI staff .

I love staying at Intercontinental because the services are top notch! Martin is being mentioned as he is always ensuring that I am welcomed and feeling good when I enter the hotel. The club lounge is amazing and the service is really good, really big ups to all the staff, really awesome!
