I am a kind of customer who doesn’t like reviews because his home really makes people feel warm. The front desk lady called me to ask about the time of arrival, and also sent me a location to facilitate my navigation. Relatively speaking, this location navigation location is quite easy to find, close to the train station, I will drive for about ten minutes! Parking is free, there are fruits and snacks to eat in the store! It's really intimate! The price is also quite cost-effective, not very prosperous city, it is not friendly to me, I go shopping in the middle of the night, but it is really quiet, the overall experience is not bad! Recommend to everyone! ! 👍👍

好喜歡這個酒店呀 🥳 有很多設計非常貼心！淋浴間的地面應該是鋪了温度更高的地暖？洗澡完全不會被冰到腳！拖鞋很好穿！晚飯也好吃！
服務人員態度超好，特別是前台的蘇比姐姐，人美心善！早上因為司機遲到了一直在大廳等，姐姐看到我們進出好幾次，還給我們倒熱茶🥰 下次朋友來玩還會選擇塔河觀瀾滴~

The girl at the front desk said that the hotel was open for 16 years. I thought to myself that the guest room might be relatively dated. Unexpectedly, when I got off the elevator, the lights in the corridor were bright and warm, which was not bad. I can’t wait to open the guest room. The furniture is quite new. The sheets, quilts and bath towels are all brand new. Nice hotel, the price is not high, the price is very high. Stay here next time.

I saw a new four-star hotel opened on Trip , and the price was not expensive just to stay on a business trip. Unexpectedly good, the front desk lady is super enthusiastic, the elevator has access control, the privacy is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and it feels the same as the dinner. And I drove by myself, their parking lot also has a special car wash, or free!
Facilities: 24 hours free WIFI, hot and cold water, the room is equipped with a direct drinking machine, not a traditional kettle, like; there is a free gym and self-service laundry room, there is a hanging iron in the laundry room! There is also a shoe polisher in the lobby, you can polish your shoes for free.
Hygienic: very clean, no smell
Environment: The room is very comfortable, there is a small park next to the hotel, the stay is very comfortable
Service: Attentive and enthusiastic service, fruit is also presented.

FFenggandehuazi酒店房間很寬敞，門口免費停車位很充足...隔壁整條街都是餐廳和超市...
設施：電梯、空調一應俱全，甚至大堂還有噴泉；
衞生：不太滿意...衞生間有異味，可能淋浴房和坐便器下水管做在一起了吧？另外，我訂的雙人間有一個床頭被單上有一大攤污濁且散發著濃烈氣味，叫人不適；
環境：房間大且寬敞，公共區域打掃得也很乾凈；
服務：前台服務熱情，有問必答，保安師傅也認真負責，沒毛病。

The nearest hotel to Wensu Grand Canyon is 500 meters away from the hotel. There are some small restaurants and shops along the road. The parking lot is too spacious and it is more suitable for self-driving tours.

I recently stayed at an exquisite hotel and this experience was really unforgettable.
