Wir haben im November eine wunderschöne Woche im Robinson Cyprus verbracht und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen! Von Anfang an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Personals. Jeder Mitarbeiter, vom Empfang bis zum Service im Restaurant, war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man merkt hier, dass Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird! Die Hotelanlage ist ein wahres Paradies. Die weitläufige, sehr gepflegte Gartenlandschaft und die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer bieten die perfekte Kulisse für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Essen im Hotel war hervorragend – sowohl die Vielfalt als auch die Qualität der Speisen haben uns begeistert. Auch die verschiedenen Themenabende trugen zu unserem rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bei. Für uns war es eine perfekte Woche, die uns nicht nur eine Auszeit vom Alltag ermöglichte, sondern uns auch mit viel neuer Energie und schönen Erinnerungen zurückgelassen hat. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt und können das Robinson Cyprus jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem entspannten und gleichzeitig erlebnisreichen Urlaub ist! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und haben einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub verbracht. - Gepflegte Anlage - nicht zu groß - weitläufiger Strand - nettes Team - sauber - gutes Essen - kurzer Transfer - ausreichend Parkplätze - gutes Sportangebot

Nie wieder Robinson! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Robinson Club war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war von schlechter Qualität, was wir von dieser Marke nicht erwartet hätten. Zu allem Überfluss war unser Zimmer voller Ameisen. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden gab es keinerlei Reaktion vom Personal – wir fühlten uns einfach ignoriert. Wir waren mit Kindern angereist und wurden im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug untergebracht. Auch hier: Kein Entgegenkommen oder Hilfe vom Team, obwohl wir dies mehrfach angesprochen haben. Der Kids Club war heruntergekommen und es gab so gut wie kein Entertainment für die Kleinen. Das gesamte Ambiente hat absolut nicht den Standard erfüllt, den man normalerweise mit Robinson verbindet. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder Robinson. Wir hatten uns wesentlich mehr erhofft und können diesen Club nicht weiterempfehlen.
