The beds were comfortable, and the towels were nice. The heater was a little on the noisy side though. The staff was pleasant to work with.

The bathtub looked terrible; the basin faucet had very little pressure, and the weird metal bed frames sounded like tiny peals of thunder on every movement.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have traveled my entire life.
No one was at the desk to check us in or out, and the only employee we saw was involved in horrible, screaming fights both on the phone and with another person.
When I washed my hands, the sink handle came off in my hand. The coffee maker was filthy, the room freezing cold, and at 8AM the next morning, the yelling began again.
A truly surreal, horrible experience.

Small pieces of glass were in my hotel towels as I was about to dry my face, they fell from the towel as I was applying to my face. Management did not care or make any attempt to rectify the situation. Be very careful at this hotel, as they are more than likely scamming people in any way that they can.

Check in was an ordeal. They have a policy that requires a $200 cash deposit for locals. Ridiculous! Check out was just as bad waiting for my room to be checked to make sure that I hadn't damaged it. Room was just ok. Toilet is great if you are a child or a very short person. Junk stacked outside my window. All in all I was able to sleep but I won't be coming back.
