All liked it. Only the location is not very close to the city center (10 minutes by bus or an hour on foot). And also a problem for Russian travelers - the hotel does not accept unionpay cards.

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

AVOID THIS HOTEL … i didn’t even get through the door!!! .. I arrived after a long flight and drive to a blatant gaslight.. I booked on *********** and when I arrived the guy tried telling me “breakfast only” when I booked all inclusive. He swore the ad hadn’t changed and when I showed him my screen grab he continued denying it. Then I booked through this ap with him standing right there in front of me.. he said that was breakfast only and refused to change it and the staff started laughing!!!L lovely bunch this lot. It was clear I wasn’t getting the holiday I booked so I ended up booking another hotel…

Great hotel, has everything you need. The food is simply beyond praise. Great spa and massage. There are many shops nearby and there is where to walk along the promenade.

Ein kleines überschaubares Erwachsenenhotel mit 328 Betten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und bei Ankunft wohlduftend. Der Bademantel samt Schuhe liegen bereit. Tgl Reinigung durch ein super freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Das Hotel zeichnet sich sowieso durch sein freundliches Personal aus, welches versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Pool ist klein, aber fein. Der Strand samt Steg sind durch eine Unterführung ( ca 10 m) zu erreichen. Getränke werden am Strand serviert. WLAN auch dort. Es gibt ein Restaurant mit Außen- und Innenbereich ( jeden Abend ein anderes Motto😋😋😋) , eine Patiesserie, eine Snackbar am Pool ( Mo- Sa Gözleme) mit einer hervorragenden Küche. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich Friseur (top) und ein wunderbarer Spabereich( hier erhält man auch seine Strandtücher) mit Sauna, Hamam, Dampfbad und Massage. Die Mädels sind sehr zu empfehlen (dieses Mal wurde ich von Santi massiert und ich hoffe, dass sie beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier ist). Im EG befindet sich ein kleiner Kiosk und Mustafa kann fast alles besorgen. Ramazan verwöhnt seine Gäste an der Bar. Jeden Abend finden unterschiedliche Musikveranstaltungen statt, wobei gerne getanzt oder mit gesungen wird. In der 2. Novemberwoche wird der Steg abgebaut und die Poolbar geschlossen. Auch das a la Carte Restaurant ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt geschlossen. Mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Haustüre hält, ist man in wenigen Minuten in Alanya. Donnerstags findet auch der Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Haustüre statt
