The highlight of the entire trip was without a doubt their authentic and cozy restaurant, which offered so much more than just a meal. The atmosphere was absolutely magical, with live music that added a special charm to the evening. Listening to Elvis Presley’s classics performed by fantastic vocalists was nothing short of amazing. The warm lighting, the inviting décor, and the soulful tunes created a vibe that was both nostalgic and uplifting. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that guests had a memorable time. Their hospitality felt heartfelt and sincere, and they clearly take great pride in their service. The food was phenomenal – rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. From start to finish, everything we tasted was top quality, and paired perfectly with the overall ambiance. On top of that, Gallion Hotel is perfectly located, surrounded by a lively and charming neighborhood that adds even more to the experience. "This is a great otel with great customer care, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is just outside of alanya, you are 2min car ride away from cleopatra beach. The room and views were incredible, I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"A truly disappointing experience at this hotel. It has nothing to do with 5-star standards – realistically, it would hardly qualify as a 3-star property at best. The place mainly caters to guests aged 60+. The all-inclusive food is, at most, passable, with very few options. Live music goes on until midnight right under our balcony, making it impossible to rest. The hotel hasn’t been renovated in at least 10 years, and it’s unacceptable to charge €200 per night for such conditions. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel."

"Food is cold and tasteless. It seems like they don't use any salt on foods they make. Theres no variation on food selection. At Many times food is reheatened multiple times. Only papercups and plastic plates were used. Our room was spacious for family of 4. Pillows were hard and blankets could Be softer too. View from The balcony was great. We had both poolview and seaview. Pools were ok for children of 11 and 8 years. Location of The hotel is excellent but overall experience of The hotel is poor."
