Carnoustie Beach Resort & Ayurveda Spa

Last month, I visited Carnoustie Ayurveda and Wellness Resort. It was an exceptional experience, and I'm glad I chose this resort. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break and enjoy Ayurveda treatments. Resort: The resort staff is amiable and helpful. Mr Rajiv and Mr Jigneesh were available to make the stay memorable. The property is well-maintained and has a private beach, which adds to the overall charm of the resort. My overall impression of the resort is positive. Ayurveda Treatment: I received personalized treatments under the guidance of Dr. Mobi, a highly experienced practitioner. Her equally professional and skilled team ensured my comfort and well-being throughout. Food: The restaurant staff are welcoming and helpful at all times. Jose and his team are doing a fantastic job. Chef Rajeev prepares various healthy and delicious dishes, catering to different dietary preferences, and presents them beautifully. Accommodation: I was upgraded to Mallika pool. It is beautiful and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff visit morning and evening to keep everything tidy.

It was a phenomenal eye-opener to the Ayurveda experience. It was our first experience and Carnoustie ensured that trepidation was taken care off. The staff were very hospitable, extremely professional and very knowledgable. The infrastructure was par excellent and very well maintained. The food deserves special mention - the kitchen staff delivered a customised menu that was 'wellness' tailored but very, very tasty - kudos to chef. When i want to do a rejuvenation trip, kerala is the inly thing that was in mind, did lot of research and found this place as i wanted a swimming pool inside my villa, inclusive of all massages, vegetarian and wanted to be flexible on the days. As some of the places were strict to have 7 or 14 or 21 day trip. We wanted to keep it for 4 days. There are only 25-30 villas and in july only around 6-8 were occupied. Had to tell you the towel decoration every morning is one if the best, i mean i am comparing that with disney cruise. Manju did that for us. And the rooms are very clean. The massages are the best. The one that i didnt take is pranic healing, but thats just me. The food was really good and overall experience was great. And its kids friendly too. By the way its not too extravagant but so quiet and green. Thanks guys at carnoustie

Had a lovely experience staying in Carnoustie. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is one of the best I’ve ever had and the chef is amazing. Mr. Karl is a lovely host and so is Joseph. The doctors are extremely professional and ready to help whenever needed. Would definitely visit this beautiful property again next year.

From the pick up at the airport this resort was nothing but amazing. The spa tram are so lovely and helpful. Dr Mobi spends time to get to know you so that she can prescribe the most effective treatments for your stay. Dr Shona is hands down the best massage therapist , I looked forward to my marma massage everyday. Cheers and Harintha were so friendly and the treatments they gave daily were fab! Dr Moli gave me Pranic healing everyday and it was so relaxing and she gave me some breathing exercises to help with stress management. Now for the food.... wellness food was.not something I was looking forward to but I was mistaken. The food was delicious and everything was prepared fresh and from local produce. The culinary team were so lovely, Joseph especially was really helpful and was always happy to chat. My villa was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous veranda with its own lily pond. It was almost on the beach and falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing into the shore was bliss. The resort has beautiful gardens and a large ans well maintained swimming pool. I also spent half a day on the resorts houseboat, don't miss this activity ad it is gorgeous. The replsort also organised a cooking class that was very informative. I spent a relaxing and blissful 2 weeks at Carnoustie and I plan on going back very soon.

We had a beautiful experience with the treatment as well as with our stay. With 2 kids the treatment felt so easy as the staff was always there to fulfill all there wishes while we were busy with our treatments.. the housekeeping staff as well as the restaurant staff is very loving and kind. Healthy and hygienic food with beautiful surroundings with so much greenery and of course the beach was like a cherry on the cake. Dr. Mobi is like a motherly figure who take care of our likes and dislikes and plans our day so effortlessly. Her beautiful smile and so much love for her patients makes our day worth spent. This is by far the best place we have stayed in India. We are an Indian family living outside for over two decades now. The resort is exceptional in its Ayurvedic treatments, quality of accommodation, taste and quality of food, team of doctors and therapists, staff across the resort. We travelled with our 7 year old and were initially worried if it would be kid friendly. While there are no usual playareas, the management and staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, she even got into the practice of daily yoga and healthy food. The treatments were outstanding, we left feeling fully rejuvenated and refreshed. The attention to detail for remarkable. A big shout out to the management(Randeep, Sandra, Karl), restaurant team specially Chef Rajeev and Joesph, Dr Mobi and her team at the spa.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to our drop-off for departure, our experience at Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort was exceptional. The journey, cuisine, Ayurvedic treatments, and the incredible staff at every level made our stay truly memorable. We were thoroughly impressed by the support provided, especially in terms of the food, guidance, and the immaculate cleanliness of the property. Every need and request we had was met with prompt and attentive service. We didn't miss a single day of yoga and meditation, and we started noticing positive results even before leaving the retreat. The weight loss we experienced was carefully monitored, and we continue to follow many of the practices we learned during our stay. We are already planning our next visit for a longer stay of 14 days or more with the wonderful Carnoustie team. This Ayurveda retreat center comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a holistic and rejuvenating experience.

View and food is very good. Ayurvedic treatment is very good.Staff is very good We stay for 1 week we take ayurvedic treatment . Try gulab jamun and Stawberry shake . Special Dinner mangement is very beautiful and room decoration is also very good
