Resort experience was excellent. Their Hospitality was one of the best things of the resort. The way they welcome the guests and the way they communicate is very good. Resort itself was very good with great lake view and ambiance. They also have boating , Basketball court, and other play areas which will keep you engaged and entertained. Also edge swimming pool is also other nice to hangout with.

Excellent service and food by crew, cruise started from 1:45 pm to 7:15 pm, and morning 1 hour. Complementary lunch, dinner and breakfast are not for sake, superb tasty food. Recommend more fish foods and bed-sheets to be more cleaned.

in a two week trip through kerala, goa, and mumbai, i and my friend agree that the best meals we ate on our entire trip were on our boat. our chef (whom we later found out is in school to get an advanced degree in hospitality) was like michelin level great in the kitchen. the dishes were sumptuous. side note, there was too much food for two. there's like 7 dishes per meal, and each is large enough to be plenty for two on its own, so we only wound up making it through like half the food on the table. but believe me we *tried*. cause wow. highlight dish was actually the giant river prawns we'd bought from a canalside fish market. our chef pan fried them up with butter and spices, and it absolutely rocked. single best dish we ate at any restaurant on the trip (a trip that included ekaa, ishaara, gunpowder...) the chef was a soft spoken, articulate, friendly guy, as was our ship's captain, who handled all my questions and dumb jokes with aplomb (we communicated by writing to each other on google translate. it was really fun). five stars for the food alone. short caveat to start for anyone out there who thinks like me: to get the experience i think i really wanted, i would have gone for a longer trip that goes deeper into the backwaters. we wound up doing a one-nighter and while we eventually went a little more into the ”neighborhood” area of the canals where people actually live, i may have been secretly hoping to fall asleep and wake up somewhere other than just across the river from where we embarked/disembarked. and by the way, if you're actually a person who thinks like me, you don't know the difference between those two things and at the moment can't be arsed to look it up. but that's not really the cruise line's fault. that's just what we signed on for.

I don't really know where to start. This hotel and its employees have blown us away. From the welcome the reception team gave us on arrival, including the blue tea. To meals at the restaurant with the amazing food and service. Everyone we've encountered, whether that's been the pool attendant, security staff to the gardener, have been so friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Vishnu who guided us around looking at the local owl population, lov him he was so passionate and enthusiastic. Mary Grace and her team who looked after our room, what a lovely lady and they took such care in making the up the room each day 🥰. Thank you team Marari Beach, you have given us memories that we will cherish for years to come.

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

GGuest UserVery, very good hotel. It’s four star with a high end five star service and a three star price. The staff has been so helpful and correct in every aspect. Rooms top notch. Bathroom the same. The in-house restaurant “Rasoi”: what a delight. With again a delightful staff. Every dish we had was excellent, be it Indian or Western. After a four days stay we are sad to move on. It may sound over the top but every word is true.

We had an amazing experience at Venice Premium Houseboats. There were 4 rooms and dining area in the boat. It was a luxury boat having neat and clean rooms, all modern amenities, good washrooms, upper deck. Food was excellent. Service was perfect by the staff. Overall, it was a great time spent. I highly recommend Venice Premium Houseboats to all those looking for luxury in backwaters. Aishwarya, the boat manager educated us on various aspects of Alleppey, farms around the back waters, weather, industry and so much more. It was a luxury Houseboat. They had TV, music system, carrom boards and other games for kids. This is highly recommended for those looking for luxurious experience of Houseboats in Alleppey

On request, a staff also cleaned my car for my onward trip. High five to Rinu and all other staffs. Very courteous. Quick suggestions... food can be better.
